Medford City Councilor George Scarpelli's failed efforts as a "chaperone" in Otis, Massachusetts when a rape occurred on Scarpelli's watch - and his documented foul mouth in front of athletes and students, is reprehensible. Now Scarpelli wants answers about KP Law when Scarpelli couldn't even be trusted with protecting the teen athletes and their safety; George Scarpelli couldn't protect the kids from hazing/rapes, and he wants to police lawyers? What is wrong with Medford voters not doing their homework?
