Caraviello VIOLATED the OATH OF OFFICE and MUST be REMOVED

are all in line to be the next members of the city council if councilors can be removed for violating their oath of office.


The following oath of office is one that is commonly used:
I, _____, do solemnly swear [or affirm] that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Washington, and all local ordinances, and that I will faithfully and impartially perform and discharge the duties of the office of _____, according to the law and the best of my ability.

Richard F. Caraviello, Adam Knight and Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. have all violated the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

 This gangster city has some VERY BAD APPLES on the city council of Medford and those three in particular need to be removed sooner than later.

 A public records request is being issued on Adam Knight.
If the information is confirmed by that public records request, there will be no alternative but for Mr. Knight to step down and be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.    These are allegations but they come from multiple sources.  What we do know about motor-mouth Adam Knight is that he violates that oath every time he walks out on the council when this journalist speaks. 

What Knight has done REPEATEDLY is to move my petitions to the bottom of the pile in a flagrant censorship move, just as Ed Finn censors my written petitions and needs to be removed for First Amendment violations.  When a dishonest lawyer who tells a retired judge that he would find censorship "repugnant"  then goes on a mission to harass and bother a senior citizen, interrupting that person at the council to SILENCE ALL TALK of a Class Action suit, then you know the lying horse's ass known as Mark E. Rumley has ripped you off, Medford, with a bloated and undeserved paycheck.
