AS your mayor, we will hire a new city lawyer, one not taking $2500.00 per week, which is over Ten Thousand Dollars a month.

March 1, 2017 is - purportedly -when a new contract is in place for the city's legal "counsel," such as it is.
The "counsel" is as broken as the "council," and the citizens have jokers reading this blog instead of doing their job.
Mark Rumley told Judge Daniel Wrenn that this blog is "not to be believed" and that no one reads it.
FACT: Over One Hundred Thousand Dollars was spent in lawsuits by TV3. The lawyer, David Skerry, was the best friend of Mark Rumley's late brother. Robert "Red" Rumley in those TV3 wars with lawsuits against the city, against this writer and a disgusting case against a senior citizen, my dear late friend Pasqual J. "Pat" Fiorello.

We have great respect for veterans - especially for those who sacrificed themselves for our country.
When I asked Mr. Rumley about his closeness to David Skerry the smug reply was "I've been on the opposite side of Mr. Skerry in a court of law" (paraphrased.)
In the real world, such closeness would be viewed as a reason for a lawyer to recuse himself possibly, as Rumley was said to have done when Jimmy Lee was on alleged trial with Stephanie Burke as the alleged "judge." Lee's brother, the late Richard Lee, was Mark Rumley's purported "best friend."
So if Rumley allegedly recused himself from the Jimmy Lee hearings, and if Rumley's brother's best friend was the lawyer for TV3, it just seems like too many hats are on the head of Mr. Rumley - the lawyer for the city which co-owned the equipment with the corporation Skerry represented. The mayor's appointee to the board of directors, Rumley, was supposed to be the watch dog.
Some watch dog - the Rumley Report and the Judge Jackson-Thompson hearings were deficient. Rumley had his foot on the throat of the thugs and then let them go.
The real question is WHY, Michael J. McGlynn.
Rumley says in some video he loves McGlynn like a brother. How many best friends does Mark Rumley have?
All this malarkey?
For the citizens, it is too comfortable a coincidence.
When Mr. Skerry was in court during two of the TV3 trials he was temporarily thrown off of the case. Mr. Rumley was my witness under subpoena. Rumley allegedly gave legal advice (actually, I was there and saw it, I use the word "allegedly" because Rumley bullies and threatens me for making this information public. That is, when he's not calling this blog "delusional" in court, only to turn around and change his mind and say its funny, funny content is suddenly TO Be believed. Which means, how can you believe Rumley when the weather is more dependable than his opinion.
Ten grand a month for a city lawyer to be fixated on and obsessed with this blog. Rick Caraviello admitted under oath that he reads us. Let's face it people, these individuals want undeserved praise and cannot stand being investigated and discussed.
The bullying of Michael Marks, represented by Mark Rumley and bullied by Mark Rumley, should send a chilling message to each person that is disgusted with 10k a month going in to the pockets of a blog reader disguising himself as a city lawyer.
This information is just part of a bigger story.
