MCM was slapped with a suit (ED note: that MCM ain't the ONLY MCM getting hit with a suit!!!!) on March 5 by a TSA employee who works at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport — claiming he was hurt in 2006 while walking on a “makeshift bridge” it built there, the Miami New Times reports.
The federal worker, identified as Jose Perez, claimed the walkway “broke under [his weight] and sent him tumbling to the ground,” the suits says.

“They built this makeshift bridge in the area where all the employees work, and it was poorly done,” explained Tesha Allison, Perez’ lawyer.
“He fell and hurt himself really badly,” she said. “He had multiple broken bones and damage to his spine…They did shoddy work.”
