Dear Attorney Scanlon:
With the Transparency Mayor Lungo-Koehn ran on, it is disappointing that her office allegedly knew of the alleged vandalism by the vice president of the city council, and his fleeing the scene of his wrongful conduct. Allegations are that the mayor's office knew on April 1, 2021. Once again, why is it up to Joe Viglione to alert the public to the alleged crime and the cover ups?
Solicitor Scanlon, let's review what the public now knows due to my hard work and honest efforts. What the public expects from city government is that Adam Knight be arrested and charged with a crime, and that the city clerk stop writing phony/fraudulent petitions to DENY the petitioner and the voters from having Knight's misconduct put on the public record that is a city council agenda.
I am seeking the width and strength of the Bank of America doors and will be researching multiple banks. Here is something I found on the internet regarding a Houston, TX Bank of America:

Now there is another legal controversy of the magnitude that the Vice President of the School Committee is a convicted felon, yet that information was (allegedly) hushed up. I would have certainly not voted for Paul Ruseau, as I did previously, had I known he was not forthright about his past.
The determination of this journalist having objectively watched Knight's misbehavior over the better part of the past decade as that he has serious issues with self-restraint, is temperamental to the point where he poses a clear and present danger to the public, that Knight is self-serving, prone to losing his temper, and certainly lashed out at me one night after a council meeting where I felt Mr Knight was going to resort to physical violence, as his good, good friend Matthew Page Lieberman did outside of your Solicitor's Office April 2010, front page of the Medford Transcript.
The fact that Knight consorts with dangerous Page Lieberman is a huge red flag the voters are not fully aware of. It is scary.

1)Knight Police Report. On or about 9:15 pm May 4, 2021 at the Medford City Council the public got its first televised notice that Adam Knight is a suspect on an April 1, 2021 police report stating "probably cause," "wanton destruction" and "fleeing."
2)The Response by Council President Caraviello is that you and he and others will be in "Executive Session," which further blocks the public from information on a Public Figure, and Elected Official.
3)City Clerk Adam Hurtubise, as noted above, engaged in fraud to DENY the voters and taxpayers the FACT that a Vice President of the Medford City Council was a suspect in alleged vandalism
- action involving deliberate destruction of or damage to public or private property."an act of mindless vandalism"
The City Clerk is a PUBLIC SERVANT, not subservient to a crooked city councilor with a lengthy history of misconduct, be it allegations of putting campaign signs to close to polling places or his borderline violent histrionics when Knight doesn't get his way, as well as his unethical harassment of multiple seniors and a woman at the city council giving their input.
Knight's egregious harassment, on camera, at the council, I believe is a violation of his oath of office. Upholding the Constitution while denying individuals their right to free speech is unconscionable and is Mr. Knight's raison d'être
FOR THE CITY CLERK to hush up this disgusting public display called in by a witness when she got Knight's license plate number while he was allegedly fleeing at a "high rate of speed" on Mystic Ave (can the police issue a retroactive speeding ticket? Chief Buckley will be getting a notice on that!) is, I believe, a VIOLATION of Clerk Adam Hurtubise's OATH OF OFFICE.
That complaint will be issued in the coming days.

4)Here's the impact of Knight's outrageous conduct
a)Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn promised transparency in the city. Yet some residents are saying "Worse than Burke" when it comes to that issue
b)Any resident or Bank of America customer causing Fort Knox-styled glass to break, and leaving the scene of the alleged vandalism at a high rate of speed, especially with Mackowski looking at the case would have been arrested. Mackowski conspired to press fall charges on a victim of a city clerk and city councilor (and their collusion) so now that Paul Mackowski has the facts in his hands, where is the speeding ticket and the arrest of the city council vice president
c)Allowing President Caraviello and "his," not the city's but "his" city council cover this up would be enabling Caraviello's incessant wrongful conduct. Allegedly embarrassed when not allowed in to the Governor Baker luncheon at the Bistro, Caraviello gets as angry as Knight at the drop of a hat.
Think about it, Medford. You have two dishonest hotheads as Vice President and President of the Medford City Council and a CONVICTED FELON as VP of the School Committee.
In any sane universe, three strikes and they're all out.
But it's just another wreck with the profane limo driver at the wheel.
Richard F. Caraviello is so disrespectful and blasphemous when it comes to the needs of the voters. That's how he and Knight have stayed in power for so long, and why the city needs term limits.
I submit that the use of "executive session" for an elected official, a public figure, and deceiving the voters by claiming it's a "reputation" issue of a "city employee" is so disingenuous and non-transparent, that is it pure election fraud in an election cycle not to put the flashlight on Adam Knight's incessant and perpetual tendencies to abuse the public that he is being paid to serve.
Let's see if the current City Solicitor, the Police Chief and the Mayor have the integrity to arrest and prosecute Adam Knight to the full extent of the law. Failing to do that would prove that they are duplicitous and should face public scrutiny.
A censure is not enough. Adam Knight needs to be arrested, tried, convicted MORE THAN ANY MERE CITIZEN as there is a HIGHER STANDARD, Detective Mackowski and Chief Buckley, that elected officials are required to be held to.
The city of Medford has circled the wagons too many times for reprobate behavior.
That a citizen had to file the records request, promote it, and speak at the city council to alert the community to Adam Knight's police report speaks volumes.
Madame Solicitor, you know my perseverance, tenacity, and ability to shine the clear light. It is your duty as a lawyer to protect the taxpayers, voters and visitors to Medford of the danger Adam Knight and his frequent temper tantrums pose to anyone who has the bad luck to get in his way.
There are three women ready to replace Knight, it is time to make that replacement and give the voters the information they deserve.
