Halloween Ghosts...Rape / HAZING Alleged

With the election so close, November 2, isn't it odd that there's no mention of Adam Knight and the alleged pending criminal investigation, and with Woburn High School allegedly having a hazing/rape incident involving the junior varsity football team, Medford voters give City Councilor George Scarpelli a pass when he was a chaperone at a disastrous hazing event in Otis Mass.

Sources tell NewsCenter 5 that police are investigating whether a juvenile was hazed and sexually assaulted at the school in an incident involving the football team. 

The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office said they were notified about the allegations by police and are participating in the investigation.

"Something needs to be said. Something needs to be done," said James Austin, whose son is on the team. "I think parents need to take action. An alleged hazing incident is under investigation at the high school in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Sources tell NBC10 Boston that several students at Woburn High School were allegedly involved, some of whom are believed to be on the junior varsity football team.

No details of the allegations were immediately clear.

The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office said Friday night it had been notified of an incident, but could not confirm or comment further.
