Dear Readers,
Last night I decided to enjoy the tv and not turn on the computer. It was a "field day" for "Arthur Deluca" and the alias of Doria DeLucia "Beth Hunt". In that time a "Lisa" responded to them with a very coherent post. We thank her. It is published on PATCH
http://medford.patch.com/groups/rock-journalist-joe-vig-/p/a-letter-to-martha-coakley-45-days-from-election-2013
Here is my response:
Lisa, thank you for your essay. Please understand a few
things: 1)Beth Hunt is writing personal attacks, a violation of Terms of
Serivce; 2)fact is, TV3 lost numerous cases in court using 83K of cable
subscriber monies "Write in candidate" Deluca being one of the main
offenders having used Brian Skerry of the Skerry Law Offices to drag an
old man into court. So while "Candidate" Deluca says he got "free"
legal services from the DA's office (and this is not a personal attack,
just information about a candidate, Deluca stated to another candidate
that he's on SSI), the DS's office uses taxpayer monies, as SSI is from
that source. TV3 paid the Skerry Law Offices "thousands of dollars"
according to the former vice president of the station. I'll let the
voters draw their own conclusions. As for the case "Beth Hunt" keeps
citing, the judge AND his clerk repeatedly asked TV3 to "drop" the case
as they "wouldn't like" his findings. The judge threw them a crumb
knowing TV 3 had already prematurely appealed previous victories of mine
against them; the judge wanted to dissuade them from appealing, so in
his wisdom he threw them a crumb - "nominal" - because I quoted the
station manager in an interrogatory - something I believed was
"protected speech." I could essay on the complete abuse of the cable
subscriber monies; I won against a previous station manager from Rhode
Island, another staffer defaulted on a case, the city won a case filed
by TV3, why do the cable tv subscribers fund lawsuits by a station that
can't even teach classes, loan out equipment or cablecast properly?
That's the big question. "Beth Hunt" is a distraction meant to malign
people who are getting too close to the truth about TV3. I, again,
thank you for your nicely written letter. I've not been online for 12
hours and all hell breaks loose from the TV3 crowd. Have they nothing
better to do? Like maybe, run a TV station? That's a rhetorical
question.
As for Mr. Deluca's rant, here is the law regarding a 501c3,
and TV3 knows full well this is the truth. As a TV host I - or anyone -
any host not affiliated with the non-profit, am entitled to "the most
protected right." Arthur DeLuca is personally writing blogs calling me
an "employee" of a station, while Deluca and two other TV3 individuals
have admitted (or been caught) harassing me at places that have employed
me. That's called tortious interference. I am not an employee of any
station that broadcasts me so, unlike Mr. Deluca, who claims he is on
the board of TV3 (and it says so in documents on Sec. Galvin's Sec. or
State site) has to stay out of the politics of it. Now, according to my
understanding of the law, if Deluca wants to run for office (which is -
clearly - an Alice Cooper/Pat Paulsen stunt and not a serious run for
office) he cannot endorse McGlynn, which it seems he is doing in the
weekly paper. He cannot denigrate D'Antonio, which it seems he is doing
by posting nonsense on the essays that I am writing. Deluca's claim to
fame right now is being on a board of directors of a station that is
not operating. He's not very transparent. If Deluca told you the truth
he would have to hang his head in shame. That's not a personal attack:
Deluca is a candidate for Mayor and as such we the people have "the most
protected right" to ask him questions and scrutinize his "record," as
empty as Deluca's currently is. Deluca needs to come up to the City
Council on Tuesday and explain the events of September 4th that concern
TV3 and that were published in the Patch under "arrests." As a board
member of the TV station he has to explain if that person is still on
the payroll and not suspended as sports teams do when a similar
situation occurs.
