FACT: On June 21, 2012, Francis R. Pilleri, Jr. signed an agreement with the Medford Police Department that all individuals associated with TV3 Medford, Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., would stop publishing egregious and harassing materials about a victim of TV3.

Michael J. McGlynn was handed a police report on or about April 28, 2010. He said that the Judge should handle it.

FACT: An individual arrested for alleged "false bomb threats" also signed an agreement a few weeks earlier.
A FEBRUARY 9, 2011 VIDEO, UPLOADED MORE THAN A YEAR BEFORE AND CHOCK FULL OF INVECTIVE AND HATE, REMAINS ON THE WEB DESPITE INFORMATION SENT TO THE POLICE THAT THE INDIVIDUAL VIOLATED THE POLICE AGREEMENT.

THIS VIDEO DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2011 attacks the victim, calls him "jealous" (point of information: the individual arrested actually stole multiple copyrights of the victim's. jealous village idiot making more outrageous claims, until Gary Zappelli

On April 27, 2010 that individual attacked a gay person in a hate crime. It was a pre-meditated attack on a homosexual male by a self-loathing person and his two accomplices.

The self-loathing perpetrator, allegedly a closeted gay male, then - on the same night, attacks a City Councilor who has many friends of many backgrounds, a variety of ethnic groups and persuasions including homosexual men and lesbians. So who is the "homophobe?" The kind councilor who cares about all citizens, or the self-loathing homosexual arrested for the alleged "false bomb threat." You be the judge.

Michael Steele, 29, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday at 447 High St. and charged with breaking and entering at night for felony (two counts), possessing a burglarious instrument and larceny under $250.
