Why do people use false names on corporate filings? That's easy, so they don't show up in a search in the Corporate data base.

That statement is not made about any individual, just food for thought when you read into Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.'s filings:
Is Daniel Ryan Mailhoit the alias of Daniel Ryan Mailhiot and is he trying to not be found as a corporate board member of an embattled TV station?
It wouldn't be very good for business, would it? Thus, the alleged reason to allegedly falsify documents with an alleged alias or an allegedly different spelling of a name and definite fake address. No one is accusing anyone of doing this, we are just presenting the facts.

Dear Secretary of State William Galvin:
There are many inaccuracies listed on the corporate filing for an alleged non-profit that receives most of its funding from cable TV subscriber fees.
In the most recent filing on your website (Exhibit A, below) Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
lists 7 board members, yet at a meeting of the Medford City Council on August 6, 2013, there were only 3 board members representing the station - board members who did NOT refute the allegation made to the Council that the only board members are Francis R. "Frank" Pilleri, Jr., Harvey Alberg of 11 Overlook Ridge, Malden, MA 02148 and Ronald DeLucia.
PROBLEM #1 - Inaccuracy

Mr. Alberg's address is in that paragraph because 626 High Street was the the "official"
address of the house on the West Medford/Arlington border that was the address for Alberg
Financial. On a corporate listing on the Secretary of State's website Mr. Alberg changed the address to 75 Station Landing, Medford. Now he is allegedly at 11 Overlook Ridge in Malden.
For a self-professed "Money Manager" (Alberg hosts a TV show of that name while keeping other residents out; that's right, the "clerk" on the board of MCC is on the air while others must take a back seat to the board member) to file a wrong address does not appear to be a mistake. When you see ALL the inaccuracies, you may get the idea that this is no coincidence.

PROBLEM #2 and #3 Daniel Mailhoit (sic)
The name Daniel Mailhoit appears to be (an intentional?) false spelling of Maihiot.
PROBLEM #2 Address
Daniel Ryan Mailhiot puts the address of
5 High Street down on a corporate form for
an embattled non-profit. This is CLEARLY
deliberate as the corporation has been in business about 30 years.

Mailhiot allegedly pulled papers in 2011 to run for City Council. According to City Hall records Mailhiot lives or lived at 322 Fellsway West and didn't answer the most recent census.

PROBLEM #4
Steven Marra, whose last known Medford address is 68 Exchange Ave, also used the
"5 High Street" address as his home address while sitting on the "board of directors" of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
Mr. Marra is allegedly using a mail drop at the Medford Housing Authority to pick up his mail, according to a former member of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
PROBLEM #5
ALLEGEDLY No Board of Directors elections since 2009 - the information being submitted to the authorities in annual filings from MCC tv3 IS ALLEGEDLY INTENTIONALLY FICTITIOUS.
PROBLEM #6 allegedly intentional false spelling for Arthur Delucca(sic) Deluca's name
