 Michael J. McGlynn was handed a police report on or about April 28, 2010.   He said that the Judge should handle it.

Judge Diane Kottmyer got a copy of that police report in SUPERIOR COURT with the names of a TV3 staffer, a former board member and independent contractor for the station (who is more co-dependent than independent) and a board member (at the time), Matthew Page Lieberman

The judge - in a court of law - stated plainly that this was THE MAYOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
