I'm redacting my own lengthy letter to the AG's office in regards to the most recent bit of information on TV3 Medford.

A Portion of Joe V's Letter Investigating TV3 - to the office of Attorney General
' An extremely long letter, just a taste here:
"It is very simple: in Medford there have been alleged crimes committed at a variety of 501c3 non - profits,
allegedly at a soccer corporation, allegedly with another sports entity or two, and certainly with the conviction
of those involved in the Medford Hillside Little League.
The malfeasance destroys the spirit of the children
playing these sports as well as all members of the public being denied true public access television.
My interest is to serve the public.
City Hall Medford does NOT like me looking into these situations, they intentionally sweep it all under the rug and, let's be clear, a previous attorney general (we won't give names) still is very cozy - allegedly too cozy - with a former mayor or two and transparency is out the window.
Is that blunt enough for you?
I mean, really, when I was videotaping Winthrop hockey on the pitcher's mound at Fenway Park in 20 degree weather (felt more like 20 below zero) and on first base, all the former AG had to do was come down from on high, drop the puck, and that individual probably would be governor today.
That being said, this investigative reporter who literally shut down Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
understands that certain former city officials (former mayor Mike McGlynn, ex city solicitor Mark E. Rumley)
loathe free speech, freedom of the press with their actions contradicting their words.
Exhibit A
On or about November 16, 2008 to retired judge Marie O. Jackson-Thompson Mark Rumley told this lie.
Too bad it wasn't in a hearing under oath and was just at a public meeting.
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley.
“The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
So please note two plus things:
a)Rumley's actions denying the access station use of the Medford Public Library (see Medford Transcript) was in direct conflict with Thatcher Magoun's wishes regarding the library. I suggested having access computers at the library, Rumley - finding freedom of speech abhorrent - gave phony reasons why access computers should not be at the library when other computers
are at libraries everywhere.
It is my belief that Rumley violated his oath of office to uphold the Constitution
Rumley was the ARCHITECT of censorship in Medford. His fraudulent CORI check of access producers when a convicted felon is the vice chair of the school committee is evidence enough, isn't it?
b)the missing monies Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. failed to report are vital to the Medford access community

It's a nice juicy letter informing the AG where the bodies are buried...
