Election Time!
Since 2002 I have been fighting for public access television rights in Medford.
Citizens must vote for Paul Donato for this reason: Mr. Donato has the skill to build a staff that is the envy of Beacon Hill.
Kevin, Dan and Susan get the job done.
Meanwhile
a woman I like, Breanna Lungo-Koehn, hasn't modeled her administration
after Mr. Donato's staff. She has unethical David Rodrigues, a cast off
from Everett City Hall, some woman from Somerville who appears to be
clueless about Medford, and another woman who is allegedly a close
friend of Breanna's after a "worldwide search" which discarded good
candidates in favor of alleged nepotism.
Breanna
said qualifications matter. Well, Breanna, hire me to run the access
television station, with experience dating back to 1979, and trust me, I
will keep you honest and hold you to your campaign promises. Medford
will improve when you hire someone who actually knows what they are
doing rather than putting a bunch of hacks in positions of power. And
that vice chair of yours on the school committee....let's call Mr.
Ruseau "Exhibit A." Comprende?
Breanna
Lungo-Koehn promised INTEGRITY, yet she sits on a school committee with
convicted felon Paul Ruseau as her vice chair (nee Paul Comeau Jr)
while
improperly, and possibly illegally, CORI checking free speech access TV
producers in violation of her oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
It's
worse than that. The Policies and Procedures as written by ex
solicitor Rumley are designed to chill speech and shut the masses up. I
will handle Rumley's disastrous mumbo jumbo in a couple of other legal forums in the next few weeks, trust me on that.
Look,
with the most Brady-compromised police force in all of Middlesex County
there are reasons that the government is stomping on your free speech rights vis-a-vis public access
television, which flies in the face of Breanna
Lungo-Koehn out there yelling "transparency" from the rooftops. Her pom
poms are frazzled and her lies are becoming obvious.
Caveat emptor - "noun: caveat emptor
the
principle that the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality
and suitability of goods before a purchase is made."
Well
Medford made its choice in the voting booth and now we know- "let the
buyer beware" - that we were sold a bill of goods. Let Merriam-Webster
spell out those campaign promises for you, Medford: ": something
intentionally misrepresented : something passed off in a deception or
fraud —"
You see, I believe that
former mayor Michael J. McGlynn and his
consigliere-disguised-as-city-solicitor, Mark E. Rumley, chilled the 1st
Amendment in Medford for their own quite deleterious reasons. Their
incessant wrongful conduct was injurious to the access television
platform so essential to fair elections, cookie baking, sports in
Medford and more. Like elections.
As
fraudulent as Donald Trump, asking candidates to have a CORI check gives
incumbents a leg up, yet no one went to New Hampshire to CORI-check Paul
Comeau Jr. or his new name Paul Ruseau. They damn well knew that Ruseau/Comeau
lived in New Hampshire AND that he changed his name, so while Rumley
was CORI checking your grandma, Ruseau was interacting with the kids
after his prison stretch for stealing from the school system in New
Hampshire.
Stealing from a school system in one state, vice chair of a school committee in another. Padlock those computers, kids, now!
Stealing from a school system in one state, vice chair of a school committee in another. Padlock those computers, kids, now!
You couldn't make up such a pathetic
script if you tried. And Breanna is as silent as McGlynn on a bender
or Stephanie at Wegman's buying a new blender.
So
while Rumley is running around demanding CORI checks (the dishonest
solicitor admitted to me that he installed the unethical CORI check, his
oath as a lawyer and oath as city solicitor be damned) he's got a
convicted felon in the back door as vice chair of the school
committee! Unprincipled and amoral, those lying lips of Rumley
benefited the criminal element in Medford to the detriment of its
citizenry.
Breanna Lungo-Koehn, rather
than live up to her promises and oath as attorney and oath as city
councilor, praised elder abuser Edward P. Finn knowing full well the
city clerk who CENSORED petitions to the council she sat on was a nasty,
violent thug.
Angry, brutal, unethical Ed Finn gets praise from Breanna Lungo-Koehn. Now there are two good role models for you. Not.
The
chair of the school committee is a woman who praised a violent thug ex
city clerk and her vice chair stole from a New Hampshire school system
and failed to truly be transparent about being a convicted felon with
prison sentence attached. Meanwhile YOU are CORI-checked before you
can talk about the garden club or the library or voting for Donato for
State Rep because some monster named Mark Rumley spits on your First
Amendment rights, rights that he took an oath to uphold and protect,
stealing public access from Medford because delusional Rumley thought he
was the LAW in Medford.
I threw the Rumley
beast off the witness stand in Somerville District Court with a simple
"objection" to the Honorable Judge Yee. Judge Yee labeled Rumley's
testimony "irrelevant" while I'm proving with the facts that everything
Rumley did for the city was irrelevant. Access monies missing and a
former board member of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. decided that
he would investigate his own board members, and abandoned the project
and all your missing Comcast and Version fees went south, with Rumley
laughing and spitting at the citizens that he took an oath to protect.
Monster isn't even a strong enough word for the damage that Mark Rumley
caused in the city of Medford.
How much
damage can a city withstand with Stephen Lebert, Richard F. Caraviello,
George Scarpelli, Mark Rumley, Mike McGlynn, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, Ed
Finn, Jenna Tarabelsi, Roy Belson, Michael Marks all misbehaving and
doing very bad things...and they ain't the only ones.
If
you think the dude booted unceremoniously from Everett City Hall, David
Rodrigues, is the answer, Breanna has some swamp land to sell you ten
miles under the Mystic River. If you think some exile from Somerville
City Hall loves Medford the way that you do, then Diana Ross has a song
to sing you, and if the mayor wants to do a worldwide search to hire her
alleged best friend to be in her corner office, then read Breanna's bad
poetry and watch as Medford continues to slide into the meat grinder.
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Six
days to the September 1 primary and as usual you have a jackass in Pat
Gordon ruining the access TV station. So much for free speech and
freedom of the press.
Rumor has it that Paul
Donato said that I would be the best person to run the access television
station. He's right, if the rumor is true. I am.
You
want to see clean and proper policies and procedures, not Mark Rumley's
corrupt and swindling rules and regulations designed to keep the
citizens out and let the bad things continue to fester in Medford?
Only
one man has the dogged determination, the skill, the experience in
access television dating back to 1979 and experience in radio dating
back to 1978.
Only one man has fought for your rights and won. One man has fought city hall and initiated cleaning the mess up.
I
am supporting Paul Donato for representative. Mr. Donato has praised
my efforts, said on camera that I am a man he respects and that others
should respect.
He's right on that too.
It is time for Mr. Donato to really support this experienced access television pioneer. I am owed it.
Remove
Pat Gordon or demote him to run around wiring the city. Hire Joe
Viglione as Executive Director of Medford Access Television and I
promise you,
unlike Ron Cox who makes a spectacle of himself
at Malden TV, or his pal over in Winchester, David Gauthier who blew his
chance to be a real Executive Director, not a phony doing the bidding
of the allegedly corrupt board of directors (sound familiar, Medford?)
or the disaster that Somerville access has become after being one of the
world class stations in the country ...I promise you an access TV
station for the future, one that Medford can be proud of, one that can
move Medford forward.
Of course, if you enjoy
being CORI-checked so that Pat Gordon can fail to promote you properly
over at the high school, which is not the place for Medford access on
the Winchester border, if you like being bullied by Breanna as you were
bullied by Stephanie and Mike before her, then let your apathy cost you
good candidates for public office.
Let the
incumbents stay in office to take 30k a year like Dick good-for-nothing
Caraviello who lies to the police and filed false charges on a
constituent.
If you like that kind of swill for your
city government, well, you get what you pay for....and Medford is paying
through the teeth.
Mr. Donato, pressure
Breanna to do the sensible thing and put Joe Viglione in charge of
public access television. In my sleep I can put a world class local
access station together. I will protect Medford's history and I will
build membership and the city will flourish when that key component
we've been missing, access television, is front and center and building
community.
You've praised me, Mr. Donato, and I
congratulate you for having one of the best-staffed offices on Beacon
Hill and in Medford. Mr. Donato has a staff that is caring and
professional.
And what's with the Cable Advisory Board?
Cable Advisory Board
Jack McGoldrick, 1/22/2022
Meetings
A July 10, 2020 Public Records Request response from City Solicitor Kim Scanlon notes a third person, David Weigner-Lodahl
A month and sixteen days later Mr. Weigneer-Lodahl isn't on the "transparency" mayor's website. Why?
Why
does anyone have to file a public records request in order to get news
on a knife threat at the DPW or where the city hall doors are, or who
the cable advisory board is. Shades of McGlynn. At least with Breanna
the trio on the advisory board are breathing, McGlynn kept a board
member on the advisory AFTER he passed away, such a rude thing to do to
the grieving family...with that name on the board year after year. Kind
of like Medford Community Cablevision Inc. using ex board members to
allegedly vote for the president of the station.
And
Breanna said she is going to change things? She's a lawyer! She knows
more than we do, so please don't feign ignorance, Madame Mayor, it is
so unbecoming.
I have
screen shots this morning of John Bavuso on the city website and the
third cable advisory person missing from the city website.
So much for transparency.
Hire Joe Viglione for Executive Director of a new non-profit to operate access television. We'll have transparency.
JOE VIGLIONE IS THE SOLE PERSON TO PUT IN A DOCUMENT WHEN MCGLYNN REQUESTED DOCUMENTS FOR A NEW ACCESS STATION.
MR.
VIGLIONE, WITH TWO OTHER CITIZENS, SHUT DOWN MEDFORD COMMUNITY
CABLEVISION, INC., SAVING THE CITY ABOUT 1 MILLION DOLLARS SO FAR.
MR. VIGLIONE'S TV SHOW HAS - ALONG WITH HIS MULTIPLE RADIO PROGRAMS - INTERVIEWED OVER 1,000 GUESTS.
MR. VIGLIONE WAS CALLED 'BOSTON'S HARDEST WORKING UNDERGROUND IMPRESARIO' BY THE BOSTON GLOBE
BREANNA PROMISED TO HIRE THE BEST PEOPLE. HERE'S HER BIG CHANCE
