Mail-in Ballot: Important Information by Jackie Piques Because of an error in the mailing of some absentee and mail-in voter packages that were sent on Monday, August 10, and Tuesday, August 11, the yellow interior ballot envelope was inadvertently left out of some ballot packages mailed to Medford voters. Our office is in the process of correcting this error right now. We will be mailing that yellow envelope to impacted voters beginning today. If you do not have the yellow mailing envelope, please DO NOT mail your ballot back yet. Please wait until the yellow envelope arrives. It will be mailed to you. We apologize for this error.
