"This brings the total to 17 the number of signs destroyed or taken during this campaign. The interesting thing is that where there were other candidate signs on the same property.....they still remain. "
PENTA SPEAKS OUT AGAINST SIGN STEALING
During this election, I having personally experienced the taking down and/or removal of my political signs on property that I have been given permission to put such sign.
This is nothing more than a childish act.
During this campaign, I understand that other candidates have likewise had their signs either taken and/or removed. This is so terribly wrong.

We actually have eight or nine good candidates to run for
Mayor. They're called the City Council. Unfortunately the City of
Medford has allowed the Mayor and City Council elections to take place
in the same year. Any good politician worth his salt ..and there are at
least seven...will not risk losing his /her seat to risk running against
an incumbent mayor the same year. Move the elections and you WILL see
more people running for office.
