Does City Councilor Camuso have a lengthy criminal record?
The opinion here is that the PATCH should not allow anonymous people to write distractions. That's why the City Council has people give their name and address (only deposed Vice President of TV3 Ronald Delucia and the webmaster for TV3 charged with a false bomb threat refused to give their addresses at the council. What does that tell you?), why the HuffingtonPost and Medford Transcript now demand transparency in the comment section. The Patch needs to institute just such a policy because the last remnants of the TV3 crowd, fraud "write-in candidate" Arthur Alan Deluca's writing style so easy to detect if you look at his rambling comments on Patch and compare them to "Just a Medford Guy."
Joan Puccino writes in the comment section that the Mayor has done nothing for the city. She's correct. Look at the highways the state controls and how they are paved, look at the ramshackle streets in Medford. It is easy for Just a Deluca Guy to write his nonsense with nothing substantial to back it up. Puccino makes some excellent points, let us discuss them:

The allegations at the Billerica House of Correction - many people aware of the late Sheriff DiPaola's alleged practice of accepting $5,000 to make you a "lieutenant." You would allegedly get a spike in your pay and within six months have earned the 5K back. Then there was the little problem with Deacon Bill Emerson, who was dragged into court for selling drugs to the prisoners in Billerica; the biggest joke in the history of the court system (since a Medford individual told Judge Cremens "he called me the toothless fairy") was when the judge ORDERED Deacon Bill Emerson to STAY AWAY FROM PRISONS! Got it? He sold drugs to prisoners and part of his sentence was to stay away from prisons when they should have put the deacon IN PRISON! You cannot make this stuff up.

Deacon Emerson: I was blackmailed over porn
Emerson, of 222 Stackpole St., Lowell, allegedly admitted he smuggled contraband into the House of Correction in Billerica and the Cambridge Jail,In Cambridge District Court yesterday, Emerson, wearing a suit and tie, pleaded innocent to delivering an article to a prisoner. The 66-year-old was released on personal recognizance, but ordered to stay away from the Cambridge Jail and O'Connor.

Take Paul Camuso's interaction - not only with the Billerica House of Correction but his close ties with the individual at TV3 Medford arrested for a charge of a "false bomb threat." A public records request sent to the Sheriff's Department to see if Camuso has a criminal record received a response that they couldn't give a response because such information was "confidential" (paraphrasing the request here). One insider close to the Camuso clan said "how did HE get a job with the Sheriff's office." The matter is still under investigation. However Camuso did retaliate against this writer for filing the public records request, coming after me in the dark behind City Hall (second time Camuso has done this, and the police have correspondence on Camusl's behavior dating back to October 2006 and recently a few months ago in 2013). Just a Medford Guy defending Mr. Camuso's wrongful conduct prompted this response. I had dropped the matter, but if TV3's cronies want to defend their defender, Mr. Camuso, let the truth be told on the public figure, city council incumbent and candidate. Paul Camuso needs to be very upfront with the community if he has a criminal record and wants to retain his seat as a city councilor. Does a City Councilor who works at the Sheriff's department have a criminal record. If he does, what is it?
Candidates Night's Democratic City and Ward Committee refused to have a journalist ask these questions. You, Medford, have been cheated out of information that could help influence your vote. Are the allegations true that as a juvenile Mr. Camuso allegedly would dial up pizza companies and illegally send many, many pizzas to unsuspecting residents until he was allegedly caught? Did Mr. Camuso have to attend a school for troubled teenagers and if so, what school and why? And why is Camuso's father-in-law, retired cop and all-around good guy Frankie Femino, said to have been chagrined that his stunningly beautiful and smart daughter married such a suspicious character?
The Medford residents need to look further into Paul Camuso's ties to the webmaster who was arrested. Just look at the City Council tapes to see how many disruptions and votes for TV3 Paul Camuso made, allowing a child rapist from out-of-town to use the station while Camuso censored the late Pat Fiorello, even though Camuso promised a senior citizen he would sponsor him, reneging on the agreement Camuso made in public.
These are the questions that should be asked of ANY candidate who wants to hold public office and accept over twenty-seven thousand dollars. Any retaliation to this article will result in a swift complaint to the Sheriff Department's La Donna Hatten and to the Secretary of State. These are valid questions that need an answer and Mr. Camuso is strangely silent on the allegations that he has a dark black past.
If Mr. Camuso is squeaky clean, let him come forward and say so. This is an election and these questions are the most protected right in America, political free speech. Then let "Just a Medford Guy" - Arthur Alan Deluca - tell us how he treated a senior citizen, Pat Fiorello, and let the write-in candidate fess up if, as a candidate for Mayor, he has been honest with the citizens about his activities on the board of TV3 and in his private life.

A note about Robert A Maiocco
"Just a Medford Guy" makes some wild allegations that are unfounded. As for the family matters the anonymous poster notes regarding Mr. Penta and Mr. Camuso, they would both express disagreement with him. Let us say that those private matters should not be discussed and this writer did not go there, as the alleged writer - Art Deluca - has. Furthermore, Maiocco's fine at Wells Fargo (he was charged with 1.8 million dollars and settled for 312,000.00 or so with attorney fees, a whopping $402,000.00 that no one in this city knew about till my article), well, you do the math. Wells Fargo allegedly gave Maiocco an ultimatum after Maiocco threatened to hit this writer with a pipe: the City Council or Wells Fargo. And, unlike TV3, I did not go to Wells Fargo. They, clearly, are watching their employee and allegedly not pleased with Maiocco's wrongful conduct in public and caught on camera at a City Council meeting or two or three. Thank God some corporation has the good sense - even if its employee, Maiocco, has poor judgment and a lack of common sense...and common decency.
