A California man has been federally indicted for allegedly climbing onto the garage of a Norfolk home he had staked out and secretly making a video through the window of an 11-year-old girl’s bedroom window as she changed.
Jacob Guerrero, 23, of Woodland, Calif., was indicted by a grand jury in federal court in Boston Thursday on one count of sexually exploiting a child. He has been in federal custody since first being arrested and charged with the crime on a criminal complaint from April 14.
