No Place in Our Society for a Bigot like Neil Osborne

  I've watched Osborne closely; my complaint on Neil went to K.P. Law, and then - in her infinite wisdom - Lungo-Koehn had Osborne absolve himself and make the determination on his own. It was sick, it was racist, it was pathetic. You see, I caught Rachel Tannenhaus and Mr. Osborne with the Disability Commission violating the Open Meeting Law. On the eve of the election we didn't hear John Falco or John Petrella - complain about the Chief Prostitute Officer in Medford, Neil "I use the City like my own personal whore" Osborne

These are the issues that the citizens, especially voters/taxpayers funding these frauds, want to know about.

Osborne can deny us our civil rights, the charlatan, but he can't take away our First Amendment and free speech, even chilling speech at the public access station by his apathy and being complacent with bad decisions by those in authority.

1) 2019 Neil Osborne Salary. *84.661 41% HIGHER THAN AVERAGE SALARY, 20% HIGHER MEDIAN SALARY IN CITY OF MEDFORD

2)"....he (Dept head Michael Durham) stated money was missing from two paid appeals stipends, totaling $10,000.

"Neil then stated he was glad that the appeals stipends existed because if they didn't, he would need to supplement his income with private legal work outside of city employment," wrote Durham in a complaint to Rodrigues in October 2020 about the missing funds.

3)So 10 thousand is missing, Mr. Osborne - getting 41% higher salary, 20% higher median salary, can't manage his monies in his light blue alleged Jaguar?

Did Neil Osborne graduate kindergarten?  De-legitimizing protections for taxpayers, exiled Chief of Staff David Rodrigues took the blame ?   Why wasn't Osborne escorted out of the building with Rodrigues?

This math is simple...and terrifying on the eve of an election.  And why weren't Petrella and Falco all over access TV screaming about this?   Falco abused the city council whining about Breanna, why not legitimately go on the access TV channel and note exactly what is in this e mail?

Because Mr. Falco is not the solution and Mr. Petrella is out to lunch, and Breanna pulled one over on the public...

Aren't you embarrassed, Medford, to have a Neil Osborne type in a position of power, with a huge salary, and all sorts of fumbles and tumbles and stumbles over ten grand the public still hasn't a clue about.

Where is the disgust over this b.s.?

Neil Osborne discriminates, and he isn't paid close to 100k to discriminate.

Durham provided Rumley with a chain of email and documents that he was not paid $2,307.60 due him for duties he took over in July 2020. Additionally, he stated money was missing from two paid appeals stipends, totaling $10,000.

"Neil then stated he was glad that the appeals stipends existed because if they didn't, he would need to supplement his income with private legal work outside of city employment," wrote Durham in a complaint to Rodrigues in October 2020 about the missing funds.

He continued that when he requested the city tap into the money for the stipends to pay him, he was told by Nunley Benjamin, "Neil had been paying himself during that block of time."

A formal ethics investigation was launched by the city into Osborne at that time.
