of hand" not the only insiders playing with the

access television funds

The last thing Michael J. McGlynn wants is a

big racism case against the defunct TV station's

board of directors.  Given the slaps on the wrist

that Patricia DiPaola Covelle, said to be a best

friend of McGlynn's gal Friday, Adeline DiPaola,

and Mrs. Covelle's husband, the crooked 

accountant, Robert Covelle, brother-in-law of the

crooked sheriff, James V. DiPaola, citizens want

an insurance policy from the cops that the Mayor

won't obstruct justice if he gets the opportunity.

The false bomb threat person is most likely the

"sacrificial cow" or scapegoat in McGlynn's 

mind.  The booby traps for McGlynn are many

as the citizens and the city council start doing a

little exploration on the P/E/G funds and how

they are spent.
