Ex-state rep Stephen 'Stat' Smith gets 4 months in prison for voter fraud

In both municipal and state elections, Smith ran a scheme where he obtained absentee ballots for ineligible voters and in some cases cast ballots for voters without them knowing it.

The April 9 sentencing triggers a five-year period during which Smith agreed not to seek elective office.

Prosecutors had recommended a $40,000 fine. Smith is scheduled to report for his sentence on May 21.

Is it NOT TRUE? that a videographer of the Medford City Council refused to have the camera on a city councilor speaking for the people?  That city councilor was running against Muccini-Burke, the woman who allegedly "discovered" Edward P. Finn.

Mr. Finn yelled "Richie votes for Penta" - butting in to a discussion this editor had with the video guy, Richie.

My response to that fraud, Finn: "How do you know who I vote for? "

How the hell would Ed "Psychic" Finn know who "Richie" votes for?   Richie failed to keep the camera on Penta and - instead - had it on Dello Russo's empty chair (maybe Dello Russo was off chatting up that cute Bill what's-his-name that Dello Russo appears to have a crush on?   - in any event, it was an empty chair and "Richie" didn't do the job he is paid to do...or DID HE????...and who paid him???) 


Fact: On June 16, 2016 a citizen filed a police report on the city clerk of Medford.

Now either Ed Finn was psychic saying that a fraud candidate with a smaller following actually got more votes (her party at Bistro and her "victory celebration" at the former Panda Palace were not even well-attended.  Mr. Penta had huge turnouts at Montvale Plaza - twice - and then on November 3)

The FBI needs to look at the stolen election of 2015.   On or about July 17, 2015 the FBI was alerted to the possibility that an election in the city of Medford, Massachusetts was stolen because the popular candidate was "threatening" to audit Roy Belson and Medford City Hall.

Motive.  Means.  Opportunity.

MOTIVE: Don't let Bob Penta win, even though he did win, because city hall and the high school will be audited.

MEANS: Dirty Ed Finn gets his dirty, unscrupulous hands on the votes.

OPPORTUNITY:  A broken computer chip, and a member of Stephanie Burke's transition team that many have never heard of, brags that he stole over 500 votes for her.

She "won" by 550 votes.    Broken computer chip.   Another situation we won't mention over at Tufts, and dirty Ed Finn and his vulgar interruption of my discussion with Richie.
