A small minority of the 58,000 or so residents of Medford

watch the underhanded games of the school committee and

the city council, which is how Our Revolution wants it.

The leaders installed to protect the residents from their

own ignorance and apathy, Christine Barber, Sean Garballey,
Rep Paul Donato, Senator Pat Jehlen, are ALL in Breanna's

office trying out her exquisite collection of Rose Colored Glasses,

which Breanna has collected over the past couple of decades.

It's sick. It's pathetic.

Two little children were in a vehicle that may have, allegedly,

fled at a high rate of speed, because the driver may have been

impaired from alleged alcohol abuse. We don't know because

Sgt Lockowitz and Officer Quinn

couldn't track down Medford City Councilor

Adam Knight on April Fool's Day 2021.

Why should Adam Knight have a field sobriety test or breathalyzer,

Officer Shawn Norton, when he has this marvelous opportunity to

terrorize his two little children, allegedly 7 and 5 at the time of the

atrocity.

To the logical mind only someone inebriated by alcohol or substance abuse

would smash a bank door and flee "at a high rate of speed," according to

the police report (ex city councilor Paul A. Camuso admitted to having a problem AT the

city council, and rumor has it, that's why McGlynn refused to make Camuso

a candidate for mayor and gave it all to Stephanie Muccini Burke,)

Does Medford REALLY want such a dereliction of duty, oath violation,

and general layabout like Knight wrecking the rules of the city council

at such an obscene rate of annual pay that Knight votes on for himself?

Wakefield selectmen, I hear, volunteer for their town.

Knight was charged with a crime, and not yet charged for

what is absolute child abuse.

You wouldn't leave a goldfish in a car, and then flee at a

high rate of speed, so why should Adam Knight get away with

terrorizing his own flesh and blood at such a young age?

Because - allegedly - Terry Kennedy and Sean O'Brien

are protecting Adam Knight (allegedly,) and the Medford

police would rather file charges on innocent people than to

protect and serve those two, dear, beautiful little children?

Steven Tyler of Aerosmith stated publicly that "people should

be licensed before allowed to have kids..." and with one of his

groupies and all her alleged abortions (none by Steven, I know

he actually never touched her,) Mr. Tyler can certainly use Adam Knight

as EXHIBIT A and his Knightmare Ride of Paul Revere at noon

on April Fool's Day to push THAT legislation through, Senator Jehlen.

Every single Medford politician and police officer and person appointed

to a city government position should be held accountable for Adam Knight

not being held responsible.

No confidence vote, throw the bum out,

because Knight is unfit for duty.

Dear Neighbor,

On July 12, I wrote about the eight conference committees meeting to resolve differences on legislation between the House and Senate. Since then, we have given final approval to four conference committee bills - and passed new bills that need resolution by conference committees. This week, I wrote about the bills we approved on Tuesday. Here is information about the bills we've approved on Climate and COVID Extensions.

Climate (future work needed on air quality!)

So many people have written to me about the urgent need for bold action to slow and reverse climate change. Last week we passed sent to the governor a comprehensive bill addressing green transportation, green buildings, and clean power production, including offshore wind, solar, storage and networked geothermal. Environmental leaders praised the bill, but there is much work ahead!

I was disappointed that the final bill didn't include my amendment to monitor air pollution in environmental justice "hot spots." I will continue to work on this issue, which is incredibly important in my community, and part of a comprehensive air quality bill I filed with Reps. Christine Barber, Mike Connolly, and local and state-wide activists and organizations. Here's a local reason why this is important:

The Green Line Extension is being built to mitigate the pollution from I-93. It's a great project, increasing public transit to many new areas. But it really did little to reduce health damage to the people most affected. The closer you live to a highway or a diesel train, the worse the impact on your health. The area along I-93 is home to the lowest income families and the most people of color in our district.

Air quality isn't just a public health issue; it's an environmental justice and racial justice issue. For example, the Mystic Housing Project is located right next to I-93 and Route 38. Seven hundred people live there, most of them Black or Latino, within 50-100 meters of two highways. They have a 54% higher risk of death from heart disease, a higher risk of stroke and lung cancer, and they're almost twice as likely to get type 2 diabetes. The children have almost twice as high risks of asthma and autism.

For 40 years since the building of I-93, these residents, and those in East Somerville along the States Avenues have been subjected to higher rates of disease and death. Rep. Christine Barber, Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley and I have been working to get funding to get triple glazed windows to reduce air pollution inside the buildings at Mystic Housing.

COVID Extensions

This bill, signed into law on July 16 by Lt. Gov. Polito, extends until next March many important provisions adopted during the pandemic. Many of you have asked that communities continue to be able to have remote or hybrid meetings of local government bodies; that power is extended.

Assisted living residences have been able, during the pandemic, to offer "common sense health services" such as insulin injections. This can continue until next March. I'm still hoping to pass my bill to make those services permanently available, allowing many assisted living residents to remain in their homes instead of being sent to nursing homes.

So much happening and so little time to write in this last week! We'll be working late tomorrow and Sunday too. More soon.

Dear Senator Jehlen and Rep Donato:

I have found a photo of Adam Knight's child in the back of his car,

behind the driver's seat, during Knight's temper tantrum at the

Bank of America April 1, 2021.

The police only relented and handed me the photos July 27, 2022,

two days ago, after my utilizing the law vs about 10 pages of

police gibberish that was not in the best interest of the public.

While it appears two children are at risk, in all my years of filing

public records requests in Woburn, hired by a lawyer to file them

on the South Shore, in Medford, etc. I have never seen such an

immature and disrespectful response as I witnessed from the

Medford Police, even referencing Chuck Stuart (???) in attempting

to stop the public from seeing these photographs.

Note to the police: if I'm consulted to file records requests by

the legal profession, it stands to reason my requests are sound,

logical and benefit the public. I am not a lawyer, but it seems that

lawyers acknowledge my skills. Would be nice for the MPD and

Medford the city to finally show me a little respect. But this isn't

about me. This is about two little children left in a car when their

highly antagonistic father goes off on a rampage at a bank.

We need a law in Massachusetts so that irresponsible parents like Medford City Councilor
Adam Knight, do NOT leave their children in the car unattended.

Rep Donato and Senator Jehlen need to use the irresponsible Knight

example to push through such a law before more little kids are at the

mercy of an unhinged and selfish person like Knight. I say unhinged

as we've all witnessed Knight's misbehavior at the council, and that

the council with different membership has never fully reined the

abusive Knight in.

The urgency of this can't be understated; the Medford Police have an agenda

and it is hardly full-time public safety. Not when Mr. Knight got a pass for horrific

conduct and terrible parenting. Who is looking out for these kids when Knight

goes into his next rage? Adam Knight is a maniac insulated by his presence on

the council, the lackadaisical Medford Police department ....the old building had

a rat infestation, the new building a Brady/Giglio infestation, but they refuse to

clean it up. Criminal conduct by Ed Finn, Rick Caraviello and Adam Knight is

ignored. It is the rule in Medford, not the exception.

I'm speaking from personal knowledge of how corrupt this police department

is. Death threats and a cement slab through my bedroom window over my

obtaining the L'Italien Report vs. MPD failure to punish Knight for these 3 items:

1)Leaving at least one kid in the sedan while

2)Adam went on a rampage at a bank (the kids witness this?)

3)Police report says Madman Knight flees at high rate of speed with the kids in the car, allegedly

The police couldn't find Knight (was he afraid to see the cops because

he feared a breathalyzer or field sobriety test?) and the public was

blinded to Knight's malfeasance by the very cops who are supposed to

protect and serve. What a crock. What a dangerous place for these

two little children to be in. If you are 7 years of age, and your deranged

and mentally unbalanced daddy is Adam Knight, you run, run as far

as you possibly can. Or you'll see dear old dad smashing a bank door,

leaving you in a vehicle, then fleeing with you in the car at a high rate

of speed, and Lt. Joe Casey references Chuck Stuart (good choice,

Lieutenant) to try to stop the public from getting the real facts.

TWO QUESTIONS FOR THE POLICE REGARDING KNIGHT'S

WRONGFUL CONDUCT

1)what if the bank door fell inward and critically injured Knight

with the two kids still in the car, ostensibly strapped in with

seat belts?

2)What if Knight, while fleeing, slammed into a truck on

Mystic Ave with his reckless driving and cowardice that the

bank managers or the police might see his eyes, smell his

breath, get a look at the person responsible for the chaos?

Councilor Adam Knight did this despicable act on April 1, 2021 when he was charged

by the Medford Police for demolishing a bank door, spending time in a bank lobby

(Mystic Ave Bank of America) being disruptive while his

little children were alone in his VW white sedan.

Are government officials going to ignore this because Knight has

Union buddies and a rabbi up on Beacon Hill?

You're all behaving like Donald Trump sweeping it under the rug

and allowing those kids to have to be subjected to madman Knight's

incessant, perpetual temper tantrums.

That is one sick city councilor in serious need of psychological help.

Adam Knight is NOT a good person, and should be impeached.

Every person in city government is an enabler if they do not do

something now that I have the photos and have found that, indeed,

one - if not both - small children were in the vehicle when Adam Knight

went on his rampage.

See photo I obtained via hard work and honest efforts of a Medford

children allegedly in the car, watching daddy dearest setting a bad

example.

We've had enough of Adam Knight's rage and dereliction of duty.

While it appears two children are at risk, in all my years of filing

public records requests in Woburn, hired by a lawyer to file them

on the South Shore, in Medford, etc. I have never seen such an

immature and disrespectful response as I witnessed from the

Medford Police, even referencing Chuck Stuart (???) in attempting

to stop the public from seeing these photographs.

Note to the police: if I'm consulted to file records requests by

the legal profession, it stands to reason my requests are sound,

logical and benefit the public. I am not a lawyer, but it seems that

lawyers acknowledge my skills. Would be nice for the MPD and

Medford the city to finally show me a little respect. But this isn't

about me. This is about two little children left in a car when their

highly antagonistic father goes off on a rampage at a bank.

We need a law in Massachusetts so that flagrantly irresponsible

parents like Medford City Councilor Adam Knight,

do NOT leave their children in the car unattended.

Rep Donato and Senator Jehlen need to use the irresponsible Knight's

highly egregious, documented example to push through such a law

before more little kids are at the mercy of an unhinged and selfish

person like Knight. I say unhinged as we've all witnessed Knight's

misbehavior at the council, and that

the council with different membership has never fully reined the

abusive Knight in.

I wonder why that is?

The urgency of this can't be understated; the Medford Police have an agenda

and it is hardly full-time public safety. Not when Mr. Knight got a pass for horrific
