Re: REVISED Petition for Jan 4 2021 City Council of Medford

 

Dear Jennifer Grogan:

 

I would like this petition to be published on the Agenda  

for the first council meeting of 2022.

Please ensure it is not edited, censored, etc.

This petition is of great community interest and there

 is more than enough evidence, which will go to trial,

that journalist Joe Viglione's civil rights, free speech rights, 

have been denied him when his goal is to 

enlighten the public.   

Councilor Adam Knight, a very guilty party, 

lied and claimed otherwise about me,

something edited out of the VOD of the Dec 7 2021 

meeting to try to protect guilty Knight and guilty Rick Caraviello.   

Retaliation by these guilty city councilors will be charged 

against them via the MCAD, court, or both.

This is about the public's right to know in a city 

where Mayor Lungo-Koehn ran on transparency.

There has been little or no transparency in Medford thus far.

The Honorable undersigned respectfully asks for:

A NO CONFIDENCED VOTE on city councilors 

found in police reports and ones who have violated 

the rules of the Medford City Council 

as well as their Oath of Office

 

All citizens have a right to these documents 

that law enforcement has already released via 

public records requests of alleged unlawful and 

egregious activities by councilors which 

cause alarm and intrude on the right 

of the public to safety.

Without regard for the truth and 

the city council rules one of the city councilors 

in question called a paper out of order without 

the power to do so, and verbally 

attacked the petitioner on camera.

I ask to discuss, without naming names, 

that police reports of councilor activities exist, 

and also discuss a recent ruling regarding 

the Medford Housing Authority.   

 

This information is of great public

interest and I am volunteering my precious time 

to safeguard the public from certain bad actors. 

 

 (Please Note, off the written petition record: 

If the council calls this appropriate paper out of order, 

which the petitioner fully expects as I defeated 

an outgoing council president in criminal court 

and he is retaliating, it will be yet another exhibit 

for lawyers to discuss.  

 

I am asking counsel if the behavior rises to 

the level of criminal and we will proceed accordingly.  

I am disgusted that the council behaves 

in such a deficient manner and 

wonder how many more alleged crimes 

were committed by these very bad people.)
