Tony Eskanian got a RESTRAINING ORDER on the Medford City Council the same week that I defeated Medford Community Cablevision with Justice Murtagh presiding.
Mr. Eskanian, my neighbor with his gas station at the time said "Judge Murtagh; Yeah!" with a kinda thumbs up....
Meanwhile Adam Knight's criminal case for wanton destruction was continued.
I am requesting that the District Attorney's office, Judge Maurice Flynn, Maggie Weeks at Somerville District Court and Medford Police Department INVESTIGATE if Adam Knight violated the alleged clerk's office probation by:
...elder abuse...intentional harassment, on TV, of an over sixty person
...calling a paper out of order illegally
...violating the Oath of Office and Council Rules
I will be informing the court that the entire city council on Dec 7, 2021 conspired and collaborated with mischievous Knight for his wanton destruction of free speech rights and that the council should be restrained from frivolous "point of information" interruptions and denial of free speech.
