11:38 pm re: Fellsway West / Salem St: 11:38 pm ...two hours later, everything is cleaned up. It sounds like they are chopping down the poor, broken tree that took the brunt of it. I can hear motor sounds at this hour, but can't see anyone. Traffic is moving at its regular pace.

 11:15 pm the first three cars are now flowing back on Route 28 up to Route 93.

The three police cars are finally moving as is the tow truck with the big yellow flashing lights.

At 10:48 pm there are about 3 police cars on Route 28 heading towards Route 93, and a big yellow signage. The Target side of the street heading towards Wellington is flowing. Taking a guess, the white vehicle was near the Target entrance so perhaps another vehicle was heading towards Salem Street on 28 going towards Rte 93. That's where the traffic is NOT allowed to flow and is directed up towards the Immaculate Conception Church and Route 60.
