Clerks Office

Dear Ms. Grogan:
WHERE DO CITIZENS COMPLAIN ABOUT CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR BY
ELECTED OFFICIALS?
Does the city council police itself and allow criminal behavior - CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR -
which citizens have no effective department to file a complaint with and get justice?
LAWYERS WORKING ON PRESENTMENT LETTER TO SUE THE CITY
AND THESE BAD ACTORS, FROM THE POLICE CHIEF TO THE MAYOR
ON DOWN
I will be litigating against the city of Medford for the heinous behavior of these
individuals who violate the law, smash a bank door, Caraviello's lies in a police report,
ex clerk criminal Edward P. Finn who engaged in felony assault of a senior,
with the current mayor in the room, and Breanna Lungo Koehn threw that elder abuser
rose petals when he left. Breanna lied to the community in the Transcript and said
that her pal that snubbed a subpoena to criminal court, Edward P. Finn "never took sides."
A MAYOR BRAGGING TRANSPARENCY AND LYING TO THE PUBLIC IS
INAPPROPRIATE AND WRONG.
Breanna lies like Caraviello lies, and how does that help the community.
Basically, Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn spit in this elder's face and kicked me
when I was under assault by an overweight ex-football player, Ed Finn.
SUSPENSION OF ADAM HURTUBISE
Then the current clerk, Adam Hurtubise, Breanna allegedly suspended
but WITHOUT Caraviello, who allegedly did the suspension, having a vote
of the council, which I believe is required
i WARNED PEOPLE ABOUT NEGLIGENT HURTUBISE WHO MOLESTED
MY PETITION TO THE COUNCIL, AND THEN HE GETS SUSPENDED
FOR SOMETHING ELSE
CARAVIELLO LIES TO PUBLIC AND VIOLATES COUNCIL RULES
REGARDING DECORUM
CARAVIELLO CLAIMS IF YOU LIVE IN ANOTHER CITY YOU
CAN'T SPEAK, WHILE HE STEALS A PAYCHECK FROM UNSUSPECTING
CITIZENS WHO HAVE NO IDEA OF THE DEPTH OF HIS DEPRAVITY
IF THIS JOURNALIST CAN'T SPEAK BECAUSE I LIVE 50 YARDS
AWAY FROM THE CITY, WHY IS THE REST OF THE WORLD INVITED
TO SPEAK?
Exhibit A AS TO WHY CARAVIELLO IS A CROOK

Caraviello Retaliated that his perjury failed him in criminal court,
and by extension, committed multiple crimes. Perjury, lying to
the police, harassment, retaliation and, after he lost 1/31/17,
Caraviello and Mark Tonello started stalking me, over 3 incidents
including yelling into my car on Spring St. and Central Ave.
A danger to public safety. Caraviello the criminal.
a LONG prison stretch for Caraviello, Knight and, perhaps,
Covino and Faller on the police force, would send a message.
These are VERY BAD people, and on October 1, 2019 Police Chief Buckley
LIES to the entire community with his "These are all good men and women,"
until the L'Italien Report is released and the egg is on the police chief's
face. What a disgusting individual, betraying his oath of office and
his badge. Despicable.
Buckley needs to arrest Adam Knight and Rick Caraviello for the fiasco
of December 7, 2021. Free speech rights denied by these criminals.
Criminals.
Criminals.

Rick Caraviello
His classless antics hurt the city of Medford.
A complete and utter fraud
Adam Knight behaves like a juvenile delinquent.
For a forty-something man his immature and devious
For a forty-something man his immature and devious
behavior is a disgrace to Local 25
Where do we effectively report these crooked individuals,
and how do we alert the public to their malfeasance.
Wonder if RICO applies to the Medford City Council
and the Medford School Committee
They behave like organized crime. If it walks like a duck...Chief Buck,
...over 30 cops on the Giglio/Brady list "These are all good men and
women." Certainly...if they worked for Tony Soprano's mob....
The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.
RICO was enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91–452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970) and is codified at 18 U.S.C. ch. 96 as 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968. G. Robert Blakey, an adviser to the United States Senate Government Operations Committee, drafted the law under the close supervision of the committee's chairman, Senator John Little McClellan. It was enacted as Title IX of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970, and signed into law by US President Richard M. Nixon. While its original use in the 1970s was to prosecute the Mafia as well as others who were actively engaged in organized crime, its later application has been more widespread.
Beginning in 1972, thirty-three states adopted state RICO laws to be able to prosecute similar conduct.
