Solicitor Mark E. Rumley - in my opinion - was consigliere to alleged gangster Michael J. McGlynn (Corleone) - the poor man's version of the Godfather. Attorney Rumley didn't seem to get offers to prestigious legal offices in Boston, his arrogance and use of 35$ flowery words an indication of low self-image standing in the shadow of the allegedly alcoholic mayor. Another piece of work, former city councilor Michael Marks, would harangue and harass Rumley. It was a laugh riot to watch - but failed to help the taxpayers as jackass Michael Marks had no spine and no real integrity. He was just an excellent bad actor, like Rumley, and the two of them engaging in pissing contests, though funny, did not move Medford forward. 850 views of Rumley and Marks misbehaving: https://youtu.be/IdIBJlksJJA Funny, but didn't help Medford. Instead of higher standards for the police department, these two jokers

As seen on this Real Medford/Everett Politics site, Medford has a real problem with its police department under Breanna Lungo-Koehn, Stephanie Muccini-Burke and Michael J. McGlynn. The same old dirty, rotten corruption makes Medford an unsafe place to be. See lunatic Stephen Lebert, who I personally reported, in action - out of uniform - threatening to kill a man. Chief Jack Buckley emulating Sgt Schulz from Hogan's Heroes, knows nothing. Chief Leo A. Sacco, Jr, "alleged" master criminal that he was, knew everything and kept sweeping it under the rug. If Sacco's son Joe, an MBTA cop, allegedly was drunk driving, Leo - when he wasn't allegedly womanizing with the town tramp, was busy busy busy protecting his son, who could have run one of your loved ones over on his allegedly alcoholic spin in the car. Leo A. Sacco, Jr. was allergic to public safety, and Jack Buckley acts stupid when it comes to cleaning house and having a police department to be proud of. Far from it. And a retired cop praising the likes of women hater Charlie Kirk (add Jews, Homosexuals and people who hate guns to that list) may be protected by the First Amendment, but it is a black eye on the department. See Harold MacGilvray's malfeasance and State Ethics Commission fine for moron, ooops, more on that. Can't spell like a Republican, my apologies.
Solutions is what I seek in the music industry, and solutions in local politics is something taxpayers do not always get because of all the bickering and infighting. A quick fix is term limits for mayors and councilors. Breanna is a great stop-gap measure against the McGlynn and Stephanie types, but she is also woefully deficient and part of the same awful structure. In Everett we need a breath of fresh air like Van Campen to push away Don Cousin Carlo DeMaria's McGlynn-like longevity payments. Don as in Godfather. Medford needs some fresh blood. 3 terms is too much for this mayor who hoards public access TV like Donald "Epstein" Trump on steroids. Breanna is selfish, daddy's little girl. We're happy that she pisses off McGlynn, but as for the city moving forward? With Jack Buckley and Breanna Lungo-Koehn in power, as stagnant as the Mystic River with a bunch of dead herring fouling up the place. Breanna and Jack, time to go. This is what we call the occasion when herring return from the ocean and swim against the current in local rivers and streams to reach the area's freshwater ponds, where they will spawn in the summer.
