When in Superior Court talking to the TV3 attorney a porky, effeminate individual lunged at the victim (WITH THE TV3 Attorney as a witness) yelling "You want to fucking talk to me."   The TV3 attorney and this editor IGNORED the nasty attack and kept walking together back into the courtroom, where the TV3 attorney proceeded to tell TV3 he was so impressed with my work that he wanted to represent me AND to have TV3 fork over $500,000.00  (certainly within the ear of the judge who was one room over!  That was prior to yet another victory over TV3 by this editor when Dawn Natalia was disgraced and run out of Massachusetts  for perpetrating that fiasco.

There's still a statute of limitations open for filing MALICIOUS ABUSE OF PROCESS on Natalia, and don't think it isn't being considered.

No wonder Galusi keeps calling a victim and pumping him for information.   Frankie is worried, and he has no idea what we have already uncovered and what is about to get into the hands of the authorities.

Looking at the public financial records of a notorious couple who have harassed, defamed and bullied local residents for years, it is clear they don't have two nickels to rub together, let alone offering "money management" advice and screwing with the public resource.

ALLEGEDLY there are multiple copies of a tape that contains information on how those individuals got into Station Landing.

The judge is going to get an earful before that rubber stamp comes down.

The City Council is getting an earful come January 7th, 2014.

They are trying to quietly slip away without being held accountable to the residents of Medford.


How do Michael Marks, Bill O'Keefe, Mark Arena, Paul Camuso and other candidates feel now that their names are on documents filed at the Registrars of Voters Office having paid that individual who harassed and bullied.  

A little paper trail to haunt the individual who thinks he will be Council President in 2014.

Bob Maiocco couldn't withstand the revelations of the three complaints filed on him at Wells Fargo. That was a walk in the park compared to what is about to be unleashed to protect the citizens of Medford from the scam the council is attempting to pull off.

The Indictment by the grand jury was returned on November 21, 2013.  Zappelli was arraigned on December 5, 2013.  Wasn't that his 50th birthday or something?

Former TV3 board member Gary Zappelli, who now works as the station’s webmaster, allegedly posted a video online on Aug. 14 that depicted an explosion taking place at a Station Landing hair salon.
The video, titled "Special Effects at 75 Station Landing" and posted on the Made in Medford website under Zapro Digital Media, notes the 18-second clip was made using a special effects video editor.

After watching the clip on Aug. 20, a marketing manager that works for National Development, which owns Station Landing, told police she interpreted the video as a threat, especially given the fact that a fellow employee had lost a leg in the Boston Marathon bombing in April.

"In light of everything that has gone on, you can’t kid about that anymore," said Medford Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. "It’s totally inappropriate and crossing the line and insinuates that someone may carry out such a threat.

In other access TV news, the alleged webmaster for TV3 is noted in the Patch as being arrested.     

Gary Zappelli, 49, of 21 Overlook Ridge Terrace, Revere, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. Wednesday at 100 Main St. on a warrant for a false bomb threat.

The problem in Medford is that 
Michael J. McGlynn allegedly ran
interference.  Mayor McGlynn 
should be arrested as an accomplice
for allowing the nonsense from that
individual to fester.  Same for the
Sheriff's department employee,
Paul A. Camuso, who worked hand
in hand with the defendant, and now
- like the Mayor - is distancing himself
from the TV3 webmaster like the rats
that Camuso and the Mayor are.
  AN INDIVIDUAL THAT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE MEDFORD POLICE FOR CREATING A VIDEO ASSAULT ON THE EDITOR OF THIS PUBLICATION, AND WHO PUBLISHED THAT VIOLENT VIDEO ON TV3 MEDFORD AND ON THE INTERNET TO HARASS AND CAUSE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS THAT NO REASONABLE PERSON SHOULD HAVE TO ENDURE.
