TV3 is angry and was attempting to hack this blog again last night. When you see the numbers jump by a few thousand on the overnight, you know that the whackos at the now-defunct and disgraced private access TV station are licking their wounds, crying in their beers (when they aren't luring minors with bottles of booze) and still lurking out there and being a general nuisance.

Darth Stephanie is pissed that the corrupt exiting Mayor won't let her feast on the TV3 reprobates.

But justice will be served.  33K is missing.

2 million bucks got the attention of the now retired JJ McLean last week, which puzzles logical people.   Why does the malfeasance have to allegedly rise to two million?  33K is not a small chunk of change, and if one digs deeper into the Pilleri rabbit hole (or fox hole...hole full of dirty foxes) you can probably reach the magic number of 2 million...

That's ok.  If the police want to quit on the people, rest assured, the TV3 story is going to be brought to the attention of the national news media and the FBI until those dirty rats are brought before a judge and held accountable for taking the wrecking ball to the public access station, interfering in elections in Medford.

That slob Paul Camuso should be listed as a defendant in the civil trial.  He is as much a part of the wrongful conduct as TV3 itself.

Fudge-it Director Stephanie has bigger headaches on the horizon than the reprobate former webmaster adjusting her nose on WordPress.  But that's a story for the next few weeks that we are working on right now...

Dear Mr. Nestor, Chief Sacco and Council VP:

Graffiti is illegal in Medford, according to  Sec. 62-94.

Enclosed is a photo of Paul Camuso's bumper sticker
across the street from the Sheriff's Office which employs him.  There are possibly more bumper stickers from the lame-duck councilor, Camuso, who causes so much trouble each week at "the people's forum."

If Mayor McGlynn wants to enforce parking, he should not be a hypocrite and also enforce graffiti laws when an individual, Camuso, who should be held to a higher standard, treats the city of Medford like his own personal trash can.

Sec. 62-94. - Graffiti; penalty for violation of section.

Mr. Nestor writes on the city website:
Maintaining all of the above is made more difficult because of vandalism, graffiti, people who use the litter barrels for their household trash, and dog walkers who allow their dogs to leave a mess in the parks. 

It is one thing for citizens to have to endure Camuso's verbal graffiti, but an employee of the sheriff's office and an elected official defacing our city is unacceptable.

 Chief Sacco needs to hold Camuso accountable.

This will be discussed at the July 21 city council hearing.    Mr. Camuso should pay the MAXIMUM fine for each and every instance of his graffiti/littering, make a public apology at the city council, and step down, resign.

 As it is a holiday weekend, I brought mail into Boston to get it on the trucks before the last call.   I was on Route 93 South at about 7:45 pm.

 Upon the return from Boston, at 8:15 PM, there was a traffic jam extending to Exit 31, the Route 16/now closed Medford Square exit ramp.

As I drove by on 93 North the black SUV looked like a small car, it was - according to a source who was on the scene - a black SUV with four or five passengers.   There are two sources for this story who were on the scene.

 The white car was crushed as well, the windshield popped out, the distraught woman couldn't find her cellphone, but she was ok according to our sources.

We don't know the status of the 4-5 people in the SUV other than that they had to use the JAWS OF LIFE to get the victims out of that vehicle.  The source said "it is no longer an s.u.v."

I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request, however, since we residents have paid millions of dollars in franchise fees for years, with no accounting of where those monies go to in the "general fund" and elsewhere; with the City Solicitor failing to give us the TV3 financials in the time promised us last July, 2014, there should be NO CHARGE for these documents.

The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Paul A. Camuso of the Medford City Council failed to discuss the Mayor's negotiations with Comcast and failed to show up at the Ascertainment hearing.  Why did Mr. Camuso put a bogus discussion of public access on the Agenda for June 30, 2015, and why does Mr. Camuso repeatedly lie to the citizens of Medford that he is supposed to serve.

Mr. Camuso was supporting the unethical Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. on Tuesday, June 30th; reprimanding a councilor who shut down the station that promoted a convicted child rapist, that cablecast pornography in Dirty Talk Live; a station that violated 501c3 rules in order to promote Camuso and attack his colleagues on the city council.  Camuso has failed to address the two arrests of his best friend at MCC who was arrested for allegedly giving alcohol to a minor on some alleged sleepover in P-Town last year (July 8, 2014) and for allegedly making a false bomb threat (arrested on or about September 4, 2013.)  These are the associates of Sheriff Koutoujian's employee, Paul A. Camuso, the political assassin disrupting council meetings to benefit candidate Stephanie Muccini-Burke.  Mr. Camuso was visibly angry that the wrongful conduct of TV3 was shut down - and he was angry with the candidate who did the hard work to better our community. Police Lieutenant JJ McLean said to me on or about January 14, 2014 "You won; and the city is better off for it."  (paraphrased.)

So why is Camuso complaining about TV3 being shut down when a respected police lieutenant was happy with our hard work and honest efforts?

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:


---the signed Comcast contract with the signature of the Issuing Authority scheduled for signing on or about July 3, 2015

---Correspondence from the office of the Attorney General regarding the missing $33,000.00 that Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. claimed it had a surplus of with ZERO balance left in the account. 

The City Solicitor promised this city that he would hold MCC TV3 accountable by on or about July 24, 2014.  We've seen the failed leadership of Issuing Authority Michael J. McGlynn and how he gives special treatment to the reprobates on the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.


Public records and are the property of the citizens of Medford.  The City Solicitor is supposed to protect the city of Medford, not the bad behavior of some very, very bad people who destroyed a free speech platform.


I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.

I would be happy to inspect the documents at Medford City Hall to keep the costs down. I will be photographing the documents if City Hall intends to charge a fee for them.
