Richard F. Caraviello was never a good fit for Medford.

In 12 years Caraviello was on the fence about most issues

and never did anything for the taxpayers.

It was all about Caraviello, not the residents.

Michael J. McGlynn is behind Caraviello, in my opinion.

3 time loser, McGlynn purportedly was pushed out of office

(Mikey was desperate to hit 30 years and allegedly forced

out at 28 by...)  Paul Camuso fell off the wagon - as rumor

has it - and railed against the mayor at the city council for

not letting him run.  2 weeks in a row Camuso attacked

McGlynn.

I was there.

The pattern with McGlynn is to surround himself with 

those short on the intelligence quotient   Camuso is

certainly the poster boy for that, as is Caraviello.

McGlynn replaces Camuso with bean-counter Stephanie Muccini-

Burke.   Breanna Lungo-Koehn removed that malicious,

non-sensical loon, Mrs. Burke, so McGlynn tries someone a little bit

brighter, at long last.

John Falco's heart wasn't in it, and he couldn't defeat

an incumbent, Lungo Koehn.

Now McGlynn scrapes the bottom of the barrel with a

lying, thieving perjurer who filed a false police report

and who is never straight with the citizenry: village idiot

and buffoon Richard F. Caraviello, a total embarrassment

with an ego much larger than the enormous weight that he carries

around.  

McGlynn's cousin Attorney Johnny Granara is throwing a party

for Caraviello.  Has it really come down to this, Johnny?

Consigliere to disgraced Sheriff Jimmy DiPaola, Granara 

reminds me of Ollie North.  Though North looked better in 

his mugshot than Granara ever will.  

Remember when Atty George Sacco told the city council

"Thank God for Joe Vig" when I revealed secrets about

the Medford Housing Authority>....Sacco also blurted

out about the mayor's father, Mayor John J. McGlynn

allegedly having a no-show job at the sheriff's office

for 3 years at 80 grand a year?   My jaw dropped when

I heard that, not that I didn't hear the rumor (I heard it

was a LOT longer than 3 years...) but that Atty Sacco

would put it on record at a council meeting, on tape.

Yikes.

*Side note, one of my lawyers was intern for Sacco

when he ran for Attorney General

State Rep Paul Donato somehow escaped the

#MeTooMovement.   God bless the old curmudgeon,

HA!   Former mayor Donato has known me about

52 years or so now...so while snapping photos

at the TV station, Donato puts his hand on the crotch

of one Michael Marks, un-covicted felon who 

committed witness intimidation!

Honest to God, when I was uploading the picture

the Patriots commentator said on TV "Illegal

use of the hands."   HA HA...truer words were

never spoken.

those two jokers are supporting Caraviello.

Mr. Donato did fess up to me that he did loan

his "company vehicle" to a woman. He said he

"did it for her autistic son."  Great young man

who deserved some help, except that mommy

was arrested for stalking a police officer's wife - the one

that slugged her WHICH got the cop, Jimmy Lee,

on probation or something, and a restraining

order from the woman stalking his wife...

Jimmy Lee, the connected brother of the late Richard Lee

in City Hall!

She admitted to me that she had affairs with three police officers,

and she was the one falsely arrested by Harold MacGilvray which got

MacGilvray into hot water with the ethics commission.  HA!  He falsely

arrests a Trump supporter dressed like Hillary Clinton on company time

and gets slapped by the Ethics Commission   MacGilvray engaged 

in political activity while on duty and in uniform

President of the Medford Police Patrolmen's Association, Mr MacGilvray

doesn't like that I keep bringing it up.   Irresponsible with no accountability,

the MacGilvray, Sacco and LeBert family clans too entrenched in the

Brady-infested police department Chief Buckley has failed to clean up.

Caraviello will give Medford 60 cops on the Brady list instead of the 30

or so, the most in Middlesex County of any police station.

Caraviello, but better quit while I'm ahead lest "Special Sheriff" Granara

and Mr. Donato ship me off to the Lafayette Resorts in Wells, 

a coastal town in southern Maine, about 30 miles south of Portland.

Adam "Madame" Knight, who took his own children in the car for a ride from hell April 1, 2021,

charged by the police with "wanton destruction" of a Bank of America door, and

leaving his two kids in the car - alone - when daddy went on his bizarre tirade.

That's who supports Caraviello.  Want me to continue?

Unconvicted-felon Michael Marks, the Rogues' Gallery is disgusting

Caraviello needs to fess up about the

boat ride.  Who flips a boat over in the

water?  How did it happen?  Was there

any alcohol or drugs involved?

These are the tough questions a mayoral

candidate needs to answer, but Mr. Transparency

won't.

And speaking of "Trans" parency, gee, the

racist/anti-Trans Medford Observer page

with that nutcase John Petrella (candidate for

city council) supports Caraviello.

LGBTQ community beware. 

Hey, like Caraviello, Mayor Lungo-Koehn has

thrown a minority senior under the bus, but

at least she's a good actress and will support

LGBTQ rights ....even if just for show.

Caraviello is plain and simple: a fraud.

Dear Public Records Division:

Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn dishonestly runs her campaign on "Transparency."

If she's so "transparent," why:

a)Do I have to file so many public records requests on access television in Medford?

b)Does she keep people off of the airwaves with a phony CORI check on grandma and grandpa Medford

when there was a stabbing in the school and - allegedly - a door left wide open for mischievous (that's an

understatement) students to cause troublie, and alleged violence.

Exhibit A is my public records request Mayor Lungo-Koehn has been less than transparent with

Exhibit B (attached) is her campaign literature lying about transparency that doesn't exist.

As the Records Division certainly knows, I've been demanding an accounting on

Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. from the Office of the AG Public Charities division

and the office of former Mayor McGlynn, former Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke and now

Mayor Lungo-Koehn.  The Medford Transcript noted Thirty Eight Thousand dollars was

missing from the accounting of MCC TV3.  It could be anywhere, allegedly from

$200,000.00 to half a million dollars not accounted for.  Lungo-Koehn knows this because

when I led the community in the investigation, Lungo-Koehn was on our side.

It's time for the mayor to put up or shut up about transparency, and I apologize for my

coarse language in this demand for a response, but your office certainly knows how

frustrating it is for this 69 year old senior citizen when the "transparent" mayor did nothing

when she stood in the room and I was viciously attacked by her good friend, Edward Finn,

former city clerk who failed to show up in criminal court under subpoena.

I have devoted a good portion of my life serving the community via access TV,

since 1979.  Boston Globe has two articles on my A List guests.  I am shocked

that Lungo-Koehn, who got my sponsor money and support, has been so Trumpian

in her yelling "transparency" from the rooftops, only to drag her feet on public

records requests that shouldn't even have to be filed were she actually as

transparent as she claims to be.  The school of Trump lies and distortions unbecoming

for a mayor of a city of 60,000 citizens, or so.

Breanna Lungo-Koehn concealed what she knew about the attack on a senior.

Not very transparent, and we've all gotten tired of her failure to provide access television.

A CORI check for grandma and a duck boat driver as station manager, 

unable to teach classes, intentionally and maliciously so that there is no transparency

It's an election cycle.  Transparency?  More like the invisible woman

 playing Sgt Schultz

from Hogan's Heroes. 

 She knows everything but she sees "nothing."

This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:  

 
1)The current contracts between the city of Medford / issuing authority and cable providers Comcast and Verizon.
Rather than directly mailing them to me, city hall should publish on the city website since we have a mayor running on "transparency."  Failure to publish these two important documents on the city website or in a prominent place on the internet will be Exhibit A on Mayor Lungo-Koehn's failure to be transparent.

 
2)Documents providing information on the mayor's daughter allegedly being harassed and bullied at school.

 
These documents are essential to prove that the mayor's failed CORI check policy at the access station in the high school is a ruse, is not "community," nor is it "integrity" or "transparency."  It's a fraudulent way of keeping the citizens and other access producers off of the TV Channel.  The CORI check at TV3 Medford Community Media doesn't work, is invasive, and allows the mayor to use the government channel for herself, selfishly, with no criticism on the access channel controlled by city hall and not a 501c3.

 
3)the list of members currently enrolled at the TV station

 
4)the amount of hours Kevin Harrington works for the TV station per week, the documents providing for the hours Harrington works at access television, the hours at the high school channel, the hours at the government channel.
Not just a summary but the documents providing for the full employment hours over the past year.

 
5)The documents that provide for how many classes Harrington has taught, the amount of new members taking those classes in the past two years - July 14 2021 - July 14, 2023, and what skills those students have obtained

 
6)The amount of resumes or inquiries (no names necessary unless you wish to provide them) of the individuals who have applied for the jobs of city solicitor and assistant city solicitor.

 
7)The document at city hall which is the job description for the mayor's position as issuing authority in regards to cable television

 
8)Any document that shows the mayor's work with the Massachusetts Film Office and if there is a document showing a Mass. Film Office liaison in Medford

 I recognize that you may want o charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request, however, as I am a journalist who provides information of great public interest to the citizens of Medford and surrounding communities, quoted in the New York Times, the Boston Globe and more books than I can count, with a political blog which has close to two and a half million page views, I respectfully request that you waive all fees as this matter is of great importance to each and every citizen/taxpayer of Medford and access producers in general nationwide.  I also write for the Somerville/Medford News Weekly currently and other publications.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.

Caraviello claimed because I lived 50 yards over the Medford line in Malden (on Charles St., which runs through Medford,) that I couldn't speak, even though they would take Zoom calls from Alaska. 

Criminally denying residents the right to live their lives by filing a false police report with the Brady-infested Medford Police Department. Dealing with some very bad men in costumes as officers of the law.)
