The Indictment by the grand jury was returned on November 21, 2013. Zappelli was arraigned on December 5, 2013. Wasn't that his 50th birthday or something?

Former TV3 board member Gary Zappelli, who now works as the station’s webmaster, allegedly posted a video online on Aug. 14 that depicted an explosion taking place at a Station Landing hair salon.The video, titled "Special Effects at 75 Station Landing" and posted on the Made in Medford website under Zapro Digital Media, notes the 18-second clip was made using a special effects video editor.
After watching the clip on Aug. 20, a marketing manager that works for National Development, which owns Station Landing, told police she interpreted the video as a threat, especially given the fact that a fellow employee had lost a leg in the Boston Marathon bombing in April.
"In light of everything that has gone on, you can’t kid about that anymore," said Medford Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. "It’s totally inappropriate and crossing the line and insinuates that someone may carry out such a threat.
