Should the TV3 Board and staff be indicted for fraud?

Harvey Alberg and Ronald Delucia and their accomplice, recently arrested for a "false bomb threat," have all LIED to the public claiming a man was "Convicted of libel."    They did this repeatedly on TV3, in blogs and at the City Council of Medford.  That's what the Issuing Authority had installed as the gatekeepers of access tv.  Belligerent people who allegedly could get violent.

Alberg and Delucia libeled that person.  Delucia and Alberg engaged in hate speech against a citizen who filed a legitimate harassment claim against the station for gay bashing.

It was pure retaliation.   Which is allegedly illegal.

Then, on Saturday evening, Nov. 30th, a hate poster showing violence was displayed in the windows of the former place of "business" (they think it is "funny business" that's not so funny) - pure vandalism of the windows  at 32 Riverside Ave. to defame a local resident, publish his home address, and show a violent image of an alien crushing a head of a creature WITH A POSTER INCLUDING THE VICTIM'S NAME DIRECTLY BELOW the violent imagery.

What is the difference between the "false bomb threat" and the use of a man's name under a poster saying "they are coming."  We have a videotape of all the nonsense before it was removed.  Exhibit A.

Vandalism

One of the addresses the embattled and broken TV3 allegedly skipped out on without paying the rent (they didn't pay the full rent due on the contract, allegedly, claiming "no connectivity" - yet it is alleged that they knew before they moved in that there was no connectivity and allegedly lied about it to the press-editor) now has vandalism in the window, a poster from a science fiction movie with an act of violence, very much like the "false bomb threat" at Station Landing.

This new, vicious, frightening threat must have fingerprints on the tape.  The police received a lengthy report last night.  There is video footage of the threat and the victim's name written directly under the threat to physically attack and hurt another human being.

A "friend of the court brief" with a DVD including a "cartoon assault" may be issued to the courts prior to December 11.

The people that ran TV3 into the ground, including but not limited to psychotic couple Doria Pizzotti Alberg and Harvey Alberg, who were allegedly thrown out of their High Street alleged $39.95 alleged scam operation office as well as Station Landing, have been reported.

There is now a police record on Doria Pizzotti Alberg (this is using Doria Alberg's own vernacular; she claims any reporting to the police is a "police record" lying about people and taking things out of context,) the insane woman who used her obese body to block a door at Alden Chambers essentially "kidnapping" her victim - working in association with the individual charged with a "false bomb threat" until the police had to free the victim of Doria's obsessions.

The police had to arrive and the person speaking at the council could leave without being harassed by those uncivilized, brutal, barbaric individuals.
