RICK CATINO, related to the late Marilyn Catino Porreca - former Mayor - Admits he knows NOTHING about the subject he is ranting about on Patch

1)State Rep Paul Donato noted that political speech is THE MOST PROTECTED RIGHT.  What the comment person wasn't forthright about was the fact that he is related to one or more elected officials.

2)Catino notes he knows "nothing about" the major issue; he even deems it the major issue, where a woman who feigns she never attacked this writer is the wife of a belligerent individual who used the TV station in an inappropriate fashion to attack me.  They also attacked my family

3)I am not an elected official, nor am I a public figure, though anonymous posters will scream and rant that they want me to be a public figure, not according to the law as we saw in court how tough it was to deem a station manager (Dawn Natalia from Foster, Rhode Island) a "limited public figure" - a point we prevailed on!  But it had to be proven.  My family was attacked though I am not a public figure.  Elected officials have family members working in the public sector.  This is not an "attack."  It is not "defamation" - it is factual information - and here's what I heard really drove city hall crazy, that included the salaries of some of those individuals, which I found on the internet and linked to. It drove city hall crazy.  Elected officials not wanting YOU to know who else is on the public payroll related to your city officials.   Of course they want you to think it is defamation.  That's why the anxiety levels are up and they attempt to kill the messenger.  That the person posting that long-winded assault on me IS related to a current or former elected official or two AND THAT HE DIDN'T DISCLOSE THAT FACT in his rant about "family" tells you all you need to know.
