Readers keep this in mind:  Art Deluca claims he is in touch with Ron Delucia.  They talk about "weaker" board members yet there were only four board members.  So are they calling Harvey Alberg and Francis R. Pilleri, Jr. weak?  Or will they now backtrack to put the blame on Deric Dyer, Jay Ricci, Daniel Ryan Mailhiot, Carl Galusi, Cornelius Murphy (both senior citizens, and they should beware; Art Deluca went after former board member Pat Fiorello with a vengeance that was shocking and ugly, and to this day he defames the late resident of Medford).  Time will tell.

Joe, the situation is out of the boards hands and is now in the hands of the mayor and Mark, I suggest you take this up with them and stop bothering us with it. But truthfully it's not your business

You'd like to believe that, Mrs. Alberg. But you are incorrect. We made a concerted effort starting on May 21, 2013 to achieve a specific goal. That goal was achieved. Now we have new goals. Respectfully I say, you live in Malden, why aren't you applying for membership at MATV? I live in Medford, and this is most certainly my business.

Joe claims to have enrolled the Sec of State and the Attorney General's office in this process. Sorry Joe but once it is approved by the Massachusetts Supreme Court, its over...done...finished. those other entities have no jurisdiction in the dissolution of a 501c3 corporation. They will have been trumped by a higher group. 

Point of information. I have not "enrolled" anyone. I am, however, speaking to officials who have been in touch with me over the past 6 years in regards to MCC. It takes approximately 6-8 weeks (due to backlog) for the AG's office to get through the paperwork, another 4-6 weeks for the court action to be completed, barring no bumps in the road. If the dissolution was on or about October 3, 2013, that would be about 8 weeks ago. Public records requests are being filed and information pertinent to cable TV subscribers is being shared with the proper individuals. "Trumped" is a rather odd word to use, especially with the information that is being provided the proper officials. Good luck.
