Civil Discourse part 999

Well said, Bill, and to clarify the dissolution of TV3, the Mayor refused to pay them the money because they had violated the agreement when they put up color bars and stopped broadcasting. That's like the U.S. putting sanctions on Iran. The sanctions worked.  TV3 hardly dissolved of its own volition, in fact, the co-host of the Money Manager show Ron Delucia said after the funding stop that he'll be "damned" if he will let go of the corporation.  That is on the DVD of the Government Channel, a city council meeting. The funding stopped, a former board member was arrested as reported by PATCH on or about Sept 4, 2013 and the station dissolved on September 30, making it official according to City Hall on or about October 3.   This was hardly of their own volition, they went out kicking and screaming. On Saturday there were nine posters taped inside the windows of their former address with more nonsense directed at me. I sent a note to Chief Sacco, to Mark Rumley and spoke with business leaders and by Monday they were gone. If anyone here has information contrary to this, I think it best you show up at the city council and have a civil discourse on the matter. It takes courage to stand up at the podium, give your name and address as I do, and go back and forth with councilors who may or may not have a different opinion, but that's why it is called "civil discourse."  Only two people have been removed by the police from city hall that we know of, the attorney for TV3 and the ex-president of TV3.  What does THAT say about "civil discourse" ?????
