pending. Police Chief Leo A. Sacco, Jr. called Maiocco's actions at the
city council "inappropriate" when Bob Maiocco threatened, on TV, that he
could have used a dirty rebar metal pipe on a homosexual male that
Maiocco hates. Sick, violent charlatan.
