A potential witness in a court case was reportedly harassed by a city council president - the city name is being withheld to protect the victim - probing the potential witness about "what he knew" in an upcoming case.
The victim is autistic and the alleged perpetrator is a wealthy individual with a family history of alleged criminality - his uncle and grandfather allegedly convicted felons, his father reportedly assaulted another man with a firecracker in the fellow's clothing which could have maimed the victim for life and could have left him impotent.
