Once a judge removed Mark Rumley from a witness stand calling the city solicitor's testimony "irrelevant," it solidified opinions and conjecture about how replaceable Rumley is.
Overpaid, not worth the money he takes from unsuspecting citizens, and lollygagging around the courthouse rather than getting back to the business we pay him about $121,000.00 or so a year for(possibly more with expenses and possible perks,) and talking to dishonest individuals like Harvey Alberg and Arthur Alan Deluca rather than investigating them, Rumley's body language, arrogance and lack of action prove that he thinks he does not have to account to you, dear citizen. He's a country unto himself, or so he thinks, and if you call him out on his lack of service to the citizens of Medford his knee-jerk reaction is to be a bully and threaten to sue you.
That's your city solicitor engaging in dereliction of duty. No matter what phony excuse frosted with flowery language Rumley wants to pass off to the citizens paying him too much money for the too little work that he does.

It's simply a matter of trust. We cannot trust Mr. Rumley. He is so clearly in it for himself and badgering a city councilor he is, to my knowledge, required to respect and defend, that we citizens cannot tolerate his abuse of office and dereliction of duty one moment longer.
Mark E. Rumley is doing IRREPARABLE harm to the city of Medford. It is time for him to gracefully go, or time for we citizens to mount a campaign to demand his removal from office.

When TV3 Medford pummeled Rumley relentlessly with a sick joke that wasn't even well crafted, "The Chumley Report, where the three stooges of TV3 - Pilleri, Alberg and DeLucia - proved they have no talent, no wit, no brains. why did Rumley not sue for defamation? It was just three totally dishonest jackasses (no allegedly needed) not properly accounting for the TV3 funds, hijacking the public station for their private buffoonery.
Rumley, coward that he is, never sued the station for libel, slander, defamation.
But Rumley will harass my lawyer - he has no problem threatening one man, he was just too afraid to take on the TV station.
"I wonder why that is?" Kevin Spacey says in the Negotiatior.
So Rumley asked me for 2 copies of the Chumley report, one for himself and one for Judge Jackson-Thompson. He never paid me for my time and effort or for the DVDs. Prince Rumley thinks we must all do as he says and treat us like dirt after we've treated that charlatan with respect.
Makes you wonder why in January of 2016, after a phony arraignment, Rumley and Rick Caraviello were trolling around outside of Alden Chambers while three police officers mysteriously showed up.
Mr. Rumley wants to use the word "allegedly" here - so allegedly how did those police officers get called to Alden Chambers?? (a Paul Camuso stunt when that idiot was masquerading as a council president,) and when I walked up to one of them and noted to the officer that a JUDGE overruled Caraviello's request for me to stay away from The People's Forum, the officer said "And we are in agreement with you."
So Caraviello's ploy was to lie under oath, allegedly lie in a police report, allegedly brag about his malicious abuse of the court system at Demet's on the morning of January 31, 2017, and later in the day have to walk out of the courthouse in disgrace, beaten, savaged. Thoroughly savaged.
Then, after sulking for some time, Caraviello and Rumley do one of the most stupid things possible: they defame the fellow that won the court case by writing harassing e mails to their victim's lawyer.
Do you really want a City Council President and a city lawyer doing something THAT EVEN TV3 NEVER DID, IN THEIR DARKEST OF DISGUSTING MOMENTS.
EVEN THE JUVENILES AT TV3 KNEW NOT TO WRITE LIBELOUS E MAILS TO THEIR VICTIM'S LAWYER, OF ALL PEOPLE.
So, the facts are, that what Rumley and Caraviello did was WORSE THAN WHAT TV3 WOULD DO.
Let that sink in. Let that SINK IN!
What your city lawyer and city council president did was MORE STUPID than anything that the vile and disgusting TV3 crew ever concocted.
Rumley removes TV3, and then he becomes the new juvenile delinquent.
How good do you feel, Medford citizen, when pranksters like Rumley and Caraviello lie through their teeth and get paid handsomely. In Caraviello's case, he voted for his own pay raise. Because the sad fact is: NO ONE IN HIS RIGHT MIND WOULD GIVE THAT MOONLIGHT FAT BUFFOON AND ALLEGED PERJURER THE TIME OF DAY, LET ALONE THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS OF OUR MONEY.
CARAVIELLO IS THIRD PAGE NEWS, AND NONE OF IT IS GOOD FOR HIS ELECTION HOPES FOR 2017
