RE: Removal of Medford's City Solicitor for Violating his Oath of Office Repeatedly

Dear Candidate Lungo-Koehn:

This is a serious and critical time for the city of Medford.   203 days to November 5, a countdown that my popular blog is posting daily right up to election day.

Time and Date.com up to November 5

I have taken the time to evaluate Mark E. Rumley's performance and find it more than lacking.  As has been asked of Attorney General Barr: "Are you working for the people of the United States, or for President Trump."  I believe I'm paraphrasing Nancy Pelosi, but here's another with the same idea:

Rick Wilson: Bill Barr isn't serving the United States. He's serving Trump.

Mr. Rumley has not served this hard-working access television producer/host, even though he is paid handsomely, and my household paid thousands in P/E/G fees from
2003 to 2018.

It's hard to fathom giving alleged shout outs to a George Scarpelli when court documents note that Scarpelli allegedly threatened young athletes with a "punch" to the face, emphasizing it with an F word.   Or Adam Knight who has made a cottage industry of working against, not with, Councilor Lungo-Koehn.

I get it, Breanna, you are a nice person and want to take the high road.  Where did that get Bobby Penta and Hillary Clinton.

An election is an all-out slugfest, a war.    Take no prisoners, Breanna, and start by showing exactly why your opponent, Muccini-Burke, is not ready for prime time, after four years of being the Mayor of Kohls or Marshalls or wherever it is that she has her office at the Meadow Glen Mall, allegedly.

FACTS:

Mark E. Rumley has fractured his oath of office with the nutty CORI check.  And when I noted that a CORI check is for places where there is no supervision of children,

Rumley, as usual, obsesses over my facts and changes it to "the possibility of unsupervised contact with children."

That really worked out well with Jenna Tarabelsi (convicted of rape,) George Scarpelli (allegedly threatened to punch kids out, used the F word in front of them, allegedly,)  allegedly Mark Smith, and some mysterious varsity coach / teacher who exited June 30, 2015, under a cloud of suspicion that he had sex with a student, a daughter of a powerful politician, allegedly.

You want to be mayor, Breanna Lungo-Koehn?  You need to step up and stop playing footsie with Rumley, Knight, Scarpelli, Dello Russo, these are hardly your friends, and the last thing they want to see is you in the corner office.

Rumley's fights with Michael Marks are undignified and wrong.

Rumley's appointing himself to investigate a board of directors that he sat on, only to drop the investigation (probably because it would impact him, allegedly) and the missing 38k that was noted in the Medford Transcript in regards to Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

Rumley has been so nefarious and downright duplicitous that he is a clear and present danger to life in the city of Medford.

So here's Mr. Rumley's oath of office and why I believe he has not lived up to that oath; I believe Rumley intentionally skirts the law, as evidenced by my removing Uncle Gene McGillicuddy from Medford Housing Authority and Rumley jumping up and trying to stifle my free speech.  What a jerk.

Rumley threw proverbial rocks at me in court and my simple objection to Judge Yee had Rumley removed from the witness stand for "irrelevant testimony."

A city solicitor whose testimony was deemed "irrelevant" by a judge in a court of law.

Rumley tried to have me thrown out of Alden Chambers (he will deny it, because Rumley is not forthright) sometime in 2016.  John Ghilain and two other police officers were there and Rumley turned beet red when they refused to remove me.  Ghilain stated "We are in agreement with you."  As was a Judge (Fitzpatrick, I believe) and we all know how I defeated Rick Caraviello in a court of law, 1/31/17.

So here are my allegations against a city lawyer that - from my experience with him - you cannot trust at all.

Here's his oath of office.  Do the same with Knight, Scarpelli and the rest of the reprobates.

Take off the gloves and you can become mayor.  Play footsie and it is game over.

Let those who have ears hear!

Matthew 11:15
King James Bible
He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Are you listening, Breanna?

THE OATH

I Attorney Mark Rumley solemnly swear that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as City Solicitor for a term to expire March 1, 2016.

Mr. Rumley tosses around fifty dollar words like they are M & M candies, but does he truly know the definitions of the words in his oath of office?

Khan: "Explain it to him" (Star Trek 2nd movie, The Wrath of Khan"

Definition of Solemnly
1.
in a formal and dignified
  manner

Rumley making a bloody jackass of himself fighting with Michael Marks, as usual:

So much for "solemnly" - out of the box Rumley stumbles

"Very confused is an apt description"  classless joke, Mayor (Burke's) spokesperson

2)faithfully  steadfast, resolute mean firm in adherence to whatever one owes allegiance.
Yeah, allegiance to the ghost in the closet, Michael J. McGlynn

3)impartially (gag me, Rumley signed an oath with the word "impartially" in it?)
adverb
  1. in a way that treats all rivals or disputants equally.

So that's why the judge threw Rumley off of the witness stand September 1, 2016 for treating a stalker with dignity and her victim with mud-slinging.  I.R.N.  Impeach Rumley NOW!

4)discharge

1.
tell (someone) officially that they can or must leave a place or situation.

2.
allow (a liquid, gas, or other substance) to flow out from where it has been confined.

Rumley, obviously, picked Door #2, confusing the word with its political definition
duty. [transitive] discharge something to do everything that is necessary to perform and complete a particular duty to discharge your duties/responsibilities/obligations

To the logical man, Rumley owes a debt to society.  That will come in a future editorial.
_____________________________________________________________
5)Perform
transitive verb. 1 : to adhere to the terms of : fulfill perform a contract. 2 : carry out, do. 3a : to do in a formal manner or according to prescribed ritual. b : to give a rendition of : present.

6)incumbent
Incumbent comes from the Latin word incumbens, which means lying in or leaning on, but came to mean holding a position.

Poor Mark, he got the lying part alright.
Incumbent on/upon definition is - necessary as a duty for (someone)

Frankie, Harvey, Ronnie, Dawn:  your Chumley report was downright stupid; a bunch of class clowns with sick humor.   If eviscerating the loathsome excuse for a city lawyer was your intent, you should have kissed my ass!
Then again, had I scripted the "report," it would have been entitled "The State of Mind of the Medford City Solicitor" ...and then the fun would have started, and Rumley would have left the town embarrassed, ruined and exposed for exactly what he is.

Has it ever occurred to you that a lawyer with so many years as solicitor would be stuck in Groundhog Day, the Peter Principle kicking in, Rumley has risen to the level of his own incompetence, and stayed there.
__________________________________________________________________________________

Oath continues:  According to the best of my ability and understanding

If I take that one on, the solicitor will threaten to sue me...again!

So help me God.

Here's the law - and Rumley and his dumb CORI check to thwart free speech - proving that Rumley has fractured his oath of office, and done it in a way that is scary, wrong, unacceptable and offensive.

Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992)
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
