Dear Honorable Mayor Lungo-Koehn
294 or so days until November 2, 2021 when the citizens can judge
your job performance.
The evidence is in plain sight.
--- a former police order making up excuses for Harry MacGilvray -
president of the MPAA - that the woman he jokingly "arrested" was
dressed as "Martha Stewart."
No, President MacGilvray, holding himself to the lowest of standards,
was using "Martha" as Hillary Clinton
---do a Google with the name Harry MacGilvray and his $1500.00 fine
comes up, it is a black eye on the city of Medford
As a person, I like Harry; but as a citizen of the U.S.A.
I'm disgusted that someone in a position of power would act so juvenile,
after I advised him - at Dunkin Donuts Haines Sq ( which would actually
become the scene of the crime months later,) I advised
Harry and three other officers that they don't have First Amendment rights
while on duty (or, I believe, when off duty if they are officers of the law)
How many officers of the law does Breanna Lungo-Koehn have on
the Brady list? 32?
The most in Middlesex County?
With members of the Capitol Police (possibly 13 or more) in D.C.
being investigated for the events on January 6, 2021.
The murder of a police officer; the suicide of another police officer
who was engaged in the January 6 domestic terrorism,
five or six deaths after Donald J. Trump incited violence

because of the event, and have now tested positive for COVID
---In Medford, law enforcement in particular sweeps its own
wrongful conduct under the rug while pressing false charges
on a journalist to try to shut him up
The late Greg Hudson allegedly strangled his wife; was caught
with a prostitute in another incident, yet Kevin Faller, Paul Covino,
Paul MacKowski took the lies of the City Council President,
Richard F. Caraviello, to press false charges against a journalist
---an elected official intimidated me outside council chambers,
witness intimidation by an elected official - after Edward P. Finn's
felonious assault on my person, a person over 60
In Massachusetts, underMGL c. 265 s. 13K, assault and battery on an
elderly or disabled person is a felony that carries up to
3 years in state prison and $1,000 fine.
Under this statute, an "elderly" person is anyone 60 years of age or older

Caraviello and Detective Mackowski were embarrassed
and defeated in court.

When officers Kevin Faller, Paul Covino and Paul Mackowski
pressed charges on the victim AFTER the victim had dropped
the charges on Ed Finn, resurrecting my case without permission,
it confirmed that Ed Finn had committed a felony.
You can't have witness intimidation without a crime.
So the police - the intimidation and bullying by Mackowski -
the chief of police admitting a journalist in Medford has
no police protection - while, simultaneously, within weeks
of the January 31, 2017 trial, Chief Sacco's son, MBTA cop
Joseph Sacco, was pulled over for allegations of drunk driving.
So in Medford, the alleged drunk driver
(at least he wasn't shooting heroin like
another government official's son is alleged to have done,
another official clearly involved in this case) -
let's play Double Jeopardy here where the scores
can really be high (thank you Bruce Willis in the film Die Hard)
you have an alleged drunk - son of one official, and an
alleged hardcore junkie, son of another official,
skating, getting away with it, while the police and
allegedly the mayor (Stephanie Muccini-Burke)
beating up on an elder journalist for asking the RIGHT
questions in a public records request about
the alleged activities of that mayor's daughter,
and a complaint on that mayor's husband, Brian Burke,
who I believe violated his oath of office (clerk at Middlsex
Superior Court) when Burke called me a "motherfxxxr"
while I was taping a back-up of the "Great Debate"
between Bob Penta and Mrs. Burke
Despicable Policies and Procedures were designed
so that Ben Brown or Pat Gordon could make up
Caraviello lies about me at public access to remove me,
with no evidence.
Which is why Pat Gordon will be removed
from the station, as surely as I removed Frank Pilleri,
Gene McGillicuddy, Bob Maiocco,
and caught Attorney Neil Osborne,
Rachel Tanenhaus (Disability Commission,)
ex Superintendent Roy Belson and
Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke
VIOLATING the Open Meeting Law (2 separate incidents,)
and forced Paul Camuso, the inappropriate and unqualified
(in my opinion) president of the city council,
to actually READ the Open Meeting law.
Camuso "Well, something good
came out of this." After he wasn't found
violating the law because I didn't file the papers correctly.
Notice how I didn't make that mistake again!

For helping the people of Medford I have been harassed
by the Medford Police Department,
the city council and mayors McGlynn and Muccini-Burke.
This is fact, not Trump's fake news.
Which is why I am calling for the resignations
of Harold MacGilvray, the HEAD of the MPPA,
who should be held to the highest of standards;
the resignation of Chief of Police Jack Buckley
for lying to the constituents about "all good men and women"
on the police force (10/1/19) on camera at the meeting of
the Medford City Council. My publication of the L'Italien Report
and Marian Ryan's extensive list (32 is it?) of Medford officers on the
Brady / Untrustworthy list the evidence that Buckley lied to the
community; the resignations of Covino and Faller -
and they should be added to the Brady list for filing
false charges while there are a multitude
of real cases out there that they ignore because of
their fixation and stalking of Joe Viglione,
and the removal of Leo A. Sacco, Jr.'s pension for his
multitude of sins beyond what he did to me.
See the Medford Transcript's investigation of Stephen Lebert
for the hideous actions of Sacco, not to mention his son
not being arrested for the allegation of drunk driving, and
Leo's failure to provide me police service, and admitting
that it was intentional.
When three politicians phoned me that Bob Maiocco had
threatened me with a "rebar," a dirty metal pipe, and I
wrote to Leo Sacco, the then-chief e mails me
"It was inappropriate" but that he wouldn't file charges
on violence against a citizen.
The next morning I went to the computer and investigated
Maiocco...I had been tipped off six months earlier that the
then-council president was losing clients at his day job at
Wells Fargo.
Sure enough, I found SEC filings on "uncle Bob,"
(the uncle by marriage of that other gagoots,
Paul A. Camuso, harassment is HIS middle name)

Dingolo vs. Maiocco. A 1.7 million dollar
case which Maiocco had to settle for almost
four hundred thousand dollars.
Maiocco never ran for office again. And the other city councilors
didn't even know who they were voting for to be council president.
Just like they don't seem to consider Caraviello's
lies to the police; his alleged perjury in criminal court vis-a-vis
moonlighting at the city council,
or the multiple failed corporations of Caraviello on the
Sec. of the Commonwealth's website.
You want THAT kind of individual touching city finances?
Have you learned nothing after the Dingolo vs Maiocco fiasco?
Medford goes back to the well of malfeasance with
Caraviello again? It's sick.

AFTER felon Finn skipped out on a subpoena

Did the City Solicitor give him the permission?
Lungo Koehn, a lawyer by trade, also knows that Finn
was editing city council petitions of at least
two Medford residents - one, possibly both, seniors.
294 days to the election and your mayor is playing ostrich
with the Brady report that I gave her,
not to mention the fact that I uncovered, the vice chair of her
school committee is ...ahem...not
truthful with the residents of Medford that
he's a convicted felon who spent alleged hard time in
a prison.
Cori Check your grandma and your nine year old to get on
access television but let a convicted
felon be on the school committee; let gun magazines show up
in the school system but you damn well better
hire prostitute Pat Gordon to keep real access producers
off of the TV station.
Breanna Lungo-Koehn MUST overhaul the

Fire Covino, Faller, Buckley, MacGilvray and
go after their pensions.
Donald J. Trump is being impeached again
and five or six people have died (including two officers)
for the insurrection on January 6, Breanna's first year in office.
How ironic.
Madame Mayor, you didn't protect me, and you
praised a violent city official who slugged me,
confirmed by the MPD when they decided to file phony charges.
Remove the bad apples.
Public safety is at risk.
Don't make me spend another 1,000 hours

Please. Let's clean up Medford...so far, I'm the
only one doing the heavy lifting...
and getting a concrete slab through my bedroom window
