WHEN WE DEFEATED DAWN NATALIA
I wanted a restraining order on her successor, which we got!, and couldn't go into Somerville District Court because we already had something going on in Superior Court.*
*the successor of Dawn Natalia actually DEFAULTED in court and lost the case, but I still wanted protection that an HPO (Harassment Prevention Order) or an R.O. (Restraining Order) would provide. Why our good pal Brian Burke, husband of Stephanie Muccini-Burke didn't show up to do the paperwork and hasten the demand...well, let's not go there, as funny as what I am thinking is...
My petition to the court was that the R.O. was an URGENT matter, and that as I couldn't get immediate relief in District Court (with the aforementioned already pending case in Superior Court)...and, in my opinion, what was needed was a way around 9A to go for some immediacy, I put the question to the court.
God bless the judge for NOT throwing it out but taking it under advisement. At the end of the case I prevailed...again.

The judge was explaining RULE 9A to me the then-mayor's cousin exploded in court:
D.S. "HE KNOWS RULE 9A BETTER THAN MOST LAWYERS!"
HA!
D.S. also wrote something like "He's a seasoned courtroom veteran."
Yes, David, which is why I want to know why do people want to fuck with me?
