The unlicensed practice of medicine can land the medical provider in jail, and in the cross-hairs of a lawsuit if a patient is harmed.

 If a city lawyer is named in the complaint as both e mails came within a short span of each other and the solicitor said he would "pray" for the client to get "help" prior to Caraviello writing that the man who defeated him in a court of law should be on "medication."   There are allegations that earlier in the morning at Demet's Coffee, 1/31/17, Caraviello was allegedly saying he was going to have his victim locked up for a long time.

This is Caraviello's attempt to STOP a citizen from speaking at the city council of Medford.
