Is the CIty Council President Practicing Medicine without a License?

A complaint to be filed on Richard F. Caraviello who wrote to my lawyer AFTER he lost in a court of law (and after he harassed me at a local restaurant before the trial where I had a function.
Why would Caraviello and Mark Tonello show up to MY function?   You got it...prior to a case?)

 Mr. Caraviello now wants to harass the victim that defeated Caraviello in a court of law to send a nasty, vicious remark to demand the client be put on medication?

Why?  For defeating a slovenly, unethical joke of a government official in a court of law?

What an ignorant bully.
