In early 2003 Reporter informed Mark Rumley and Human Rights Commission's Diane McLeod of TV3 Station Manager using N Word and laughing!

Allegedly the TV3 President, Francis R. Pilleri, Jr., used the N word and a threat on an African American board member of TV3 resulting in the closure of Medford Community Cablevision's broken Access TV station that had no connectivity to Comcast! on Riverside Ave.
JUDGE KAVANAUGH:
How cowardly of issuing authorities Mike McGlynn and Stephanie Muccini-Burke to run scared away from the racism at the hostile station that co-board member Mark Rumley laughed was rife with "equal opportunity slappers."
Allegedly - Rumley sat on a board with alleged racists Steve Marra and Frank Pilleri (I believe Rumley was on the board at the time when Marra and certainly Pilleri "served" themselves, not the public, at what a judge and Joe Fortunato both identified as a "private" public access station. Or "MCC Access" as Judge Jackson-Thompson noted.
Mark Rumley laughed in his office about the racism calling the board he served on "equal opportunity slappers." Is this what you want in a city solicitor? A coward who has the audacity to say he will investigate himself and other members of the board of directors?
It took Joe Viglione with Doreen Wade and Bob Penta to shut down MCC TV3, Joe Viglione the lone voice earlier in 2013 who had to lobby to bring people back into the fight. Without Joe Viglione's honest efforts, you would still have the racists at TV3 running the show and taking the money.
Rumley is anti-First Amendment and terrified that the criticisms of his alleged moonlighting at Somerville District Court on Medford taxpayer time, allegedly, his use of a taxpayer funded city e mail on the Immaculate Conception church site, his investigation of his own board of directors (at least Allison Goldsberry published a disclaimer that she was on the board for her magazine Inside Medford, which still sent Nell Escobar Coakley through the roof - even though Goldsberry admitted the conflict)
- He ruled in favor of a pro se African-American plaintiff who had been called the “n-word” at work, concluding that he had endured a hostile work environment.
Given the reality that Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. was under investigation for hate speech, how convenient for Gabby Follett-Sumney, Yvette Wilks and Jay Campbell to want to ignore that the N Word was absolutely used in a malicious, vicious way at a 501c3 funded by cable TV subscribers.

Jenna Tarabelsi was convicted of raping a 15 year old high school student on Friday the 13th, October, 2017. Belson was superintendent when the suspicious Tarabelsi from Arlington Catholic was brought in to Medford, despite rumors of her having "problems."

Rumley is so conflicted it is disgusting. Next Rumley is threatening to have CORI checks for the satellite stations, which, if you think about it, are there so people do NOT have to have a CORI check.

Campbell, Sumney and Wilks are aware of the criticisms of the station and of the history of TV3.
