Muccini-Burke/Rumley Threat to Free Speech

The elephant in the room is Michael J. McGlynn. Based on information uncovered at another access TV station, and belief, Michael J. McGlynn loathes access television.
McGlynn snubbed his own tribunal, a Catholic priest by the name of George Hines, Allison Goldsberry - a teacher at the high school who was on the MCC TV3 board, and Fred Laskey from the MWRA (Massachusetts Water Resources Authority) -
that's like having the DPW's Mike Nestor and Jack "I do Nothing and Get Paid for it" Dempsey managing the New England Patriots: sheer lunacy.
It was McGlynn's big "F.U." to the city of Medford, whining like a spoiled brat when the long-in-the-tooth mayor was finally removed...oh, apologies, "resigned" (oh, please!) kicking and screaming from the corner office.
Voter rights were then trampled by the criminal actions of Edward P. Finn, who snubbed a subpoena to appear in criminal court - you heard it - the Medford City clerk went on the lam when he was required to appear in criminal court. The individual who, ostensibly, was Finn's lawyer, Mark E. Rumley, DID show up in a courtroom where he was irrelevant.
So go figure. Rumley was ranting that he had a subpoena and had to appear at a hearing regarding a Malden woman harassing a homosexual household in Medford - which Rumley had nothing to add to - unless he admitted that he allegedly employed that individual to engage in extreme harassment, yet his alleged client - the thug Edward P. Finn, snubbed a subpoena to show up in criminal court. Did Finn think he would be arrested for lying to the police and slugging a senior citizen - a felony?
Finn is an overweight, slovenly dressed, crude individual with documented fracturing of the First Amendment vis-a-vis editing petitions to the Medford city council without the permission of those paying his salary: the citizens of Medford.
Along with slugging a homosexual senior citizen, and other misdeeds and underhanded practices purportedly to solidify the corrupt administrations that paid Finn YOUR MONEY, Finn was your garden variety thug, an ex football player throwing his weight around. Pure criminality, with the meathead city council president, Richard F. "Ya think a sex offender was hired to drive for RC limos...allegedly?" Caraviello definitely lying to the police, lying through his teeth, and Rumley in the shadows, trying to have a resident removed from city hall with three police officers - basically - giving Rumley the middle finger.
Rumley was beet red, and hardly a proponent of free speech. One resident has told multiple people that "Rumley is the devil himself." The devil incarnate.
Put horns on the bastard's bald head. Mark E. Rumley is no f'ng good, he hurts the city of Medford and spits on your civil rights, no doubt to please his master, Mikey McGlynn...allegedly.

Finn's crimes aided and abetted a corrupt police chief, Leo A. Sacco, Jr., and I would be happy to define corruption and Sacco under oath in a court of law, as well as the regrettable decisions of a despicable and pathetic excuse for a city solicitor, the dirty Mark E. Rumley.
These termites feast on the city's resources with impunity, with no shame and with absolutely no conscience.

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
