REMEMBER RUMLEY'S HISTRIONICS AT THE ONLINE SALES HEARING IN ALDEN CHAMBERS?

POLITICAL POSTURING AND STUPIDITY WHEN RUM RUM SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROACTIVE

THE CLEMENTE MODEL FOR INFILTRATING AND "...TO PLACE THEIR FRIENDS IN INFLUENTIAL POSITIONS IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS..." GEE, LOOKS LIKE THEY SUCCEEDED IN THEIR MISSION, DOESN'T IT??? https://www.nytimes.com/1986/07/31/us/officers-in-massachusetts-indicted-in-theft-of-test.html

1986 WOULD make Mr. Gerry Clemente about 86 years of age today and the late Lieutenant Doherty would have been about 78 in 2019. Remember, those who ignore history are bound to repeat it

According to Mr. Weld and the indictments, the conspiracy began in 1976 when Gerald W. Clemente, now retired from the Metropolitan District Commission Police, where he was a captain, and Thomas K. Doherty, now retired from the Medford Police Department, where he was a lieutenant, illegally made keys to get into the office of the Massachusetts Department of Personnel Administration where police tests were kept. The Metropolitan District Commission administers a number of parks, highways and public beaches in the Boston area.

In some cases, Captain Clemente, now 53 years old, and Lieutenant Doherty, 45, sold copies of the tests for as much as $3,000 or a Cadillac, the indictment said. In other cases, the indictment said, the men's aim was to place their friends ''in influential positions'' in various departments so as to help ''members of the racketeering enterprise should other of their illegal activities come to the attention of those police departments,'' the indictment charged. Two Police Chiefs Involved
