Did Rumley Advise Sleazy Ed Finn To Skip Out on a Subpoena for Criminal Court?

Mark E. Rumley was whining that he "had to" show up to the Malden stalker's hearing in Somerville District Court September 1, 2016...though the dirty rat didn't have to...he knew he had nothing to add.

Rumley was just there to attack me, the sick individual that your city solicitor is.

But the bigger question: Did the city lawyer then advise Edward P. Finn not to show up on January 31, 2017 in criminal court?

Probably because Finn could have been arrested had he been examined on the witness stand and fessed up to a felony: assaulting a senior citizen.

You see, Finn had exposure, and Rumley may have told the cowardly ex-city clerk that...that the police had no case whatsoever and the trial could only happen IF Ed Finn had slugged a senior citizen.    No slugging, no allegations of "witness intimidation."  You can't have a witness without a crime and Edward P. Finn committed a hideous crime.

Did Mark E. Rumley allegedly commit a crime by giving bad advice to a very bad person?

Edward P. Finn, the sleazy ex city clerk of Medford should have been under arrest for felonious assault.

Your city solicitor has to answer the question: did the law department advise Finn to not show up?

Big fat ex football player coward...yellow bellied, ignorant jackass, Edward P. Finn.

Coming to Federal court after our presentment letter explains things in very specific terms.
