Beyond CORI - What is the BACKGROUND of Elected Officials? - the Public has a RIGHT to Know

After this writer's expose' on the Medford Police Department and the blockbuster news on Vice Chair of the School Committee Paul Ruseau, inexperienced tiny groups like Mobilize Medford and Medford United displayed the sincerist form of flattery, NCS - Naive Copycat Syndrome.

"Records that are in existence and in its custody" Ya gotta love that Medford United is copying my work, only poorly. See the difference: I asked for hard documents which city hall (no surprise) doesn't have in its custody.
WHO IS SUPERVISING YOU AND YOUR KIDS IN CITY GOVERNMENT: "Records that are in existence and in its custody" ...I already knew the answer before I filed the Public Records Request, but wanted it in writing. Which brings us to the next question: if a CORI check doesn't have the information investigative reporting can obtain, do you leave it up to the candidates to spy on each other?
Do opposing candidates have to do the hard work investigating government officials? WHY if Breanna Lungo-Koehn and her pom poms are shouting TRANSPARENCY from the rooftops? Not very transparent as we can see to their response to my PRR: "Records that are in existence and in its custody"
Democrat Jon Ossoff is battling Republican David Perdue for the U.S. Senate election in Georgia. Ossoff is an investigative reporter and tore into Perdue...so much so that Perdue refused to attend the last debate. In Medford how do voters find out about behind-the-scenes shenanigans at West Medford Hillside Little League, Pop Warner, Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. soccer and Wells Fargo and all sorts of PUBLIC entities? Answer is, they don't. There's no press in Medford to speak of. In fact, the only truly damaging mainstream article was the August 2015 Medford Transcript story on rogue cop Stephen LeBert. But here's the problem - Lebert and his ugly conduct had been shielded by Chief Leo A. Sacco, Jr., always with his hat in his reddish hands, hands red as they were caught red-handed. "Buddy" Sacco as chief was hardly your buddy, Medford. And the Transcript story came only after a Malden resident had a dashcam going capturing Lebert's wrongful conduct. They had already started the "smear machine" on the driver - I was alerted to it - but the dashcam is mightier than the sword and Lebert finally got booted, only because Leo Sacco's back was against the wall and there was nothing that he could do.

What we didn't learn about a city council president or his nephew-by-marriage on the council was to the detriment of Medford - no transparency and individuals you wouldn't trust with your pet rock handling critical city matters. You think the petty gals at Medford United are going to help you? Really? It's up to YOU dear voter, to get the opponents to actually do some hard work and honest effort.

Democrat Jon Ossoff' vs Perdue = would the public have known how very creepy Perdue is without the investigation of Jon Ossoff?   So why, in a "Transparent Medford," is there no transparency?

Oh, because it is nothing more than  a catch phrase!
