BASED ON THE INFORMATION IN THE L'ITALIEN REPORT AND MARIAN RYAN'S MIDDLESEX BRADY LIST, IS THE MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT STILL DYSFUNCTIONAL WHEN CITIZENS, BUSINESSES, CIVIC GROUPS AND NEIGHBORS IN SURROUNDING CITIES AND TOWNS HOPED THAT BREANNA LUNGO KOEHN WOULD IMPROVE THINGS.

November 22 we announced the publication, and on November 25, 2019 we released the most informative and explosive investigation of the Medford Police Department since the August 2015 Medford Transcript investigation of Stephen Lebert, and Gerry Clemente's book All The Cops are Robbers. All this month we are taking a second look at the report and why the new mayor, Breanna Lungo-Koehn failed to do a damn thing about it. How the mayor did more as a city councilor in regards to the report than she's been able to do as the chief law enforcement person in the city.
