WILMINGTON POLICE FAIL TO RESPOND TO ORDER TO HAND OVER MATERIALS ON THE VAULT RESTAURANT. THEY ARE ACTING LIKE CRAZY MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT. THE RECORDS DIVISION KNOWS HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS TO THE VOTERS. LET US SEE HOW THIS PLAYS OUT.

I just spoke with the Division and look forward to your call.

We’ve been to this rodeo before
with Medford and I finally prevailed,
but the 13 months did irreparable harm
to the public as the councilor
got back in office for one more term
without the public aware of the
child abuse.

Notice I did not say"alleged child abuse."
The blatant child abuse of his own kids.

This is less about me 'breaking a
story," God knows I've broken so many
stories, and have been quoted in the NY Times
and Boston Globe on Jimi Hendrix, etc. etc.,
this is about treating the public like
the adults that they are and transparency.

The public's right to know is paramount
in this situation, prior to an election cycle,
"the most protected right" according to
Rep Paul Donato.

ANY member of the public going in
to that restaurant where the owner
allegedly stabbed her boyfriend/chef
has a right to know about the ALLEGED
violence.  Especially when politicians
hold fundraisers at the establishment.

There are allegations of drug abuse
and horrible business practices coming
from multiple sources that I believe are
being honest.   I have a clearer (and
bigger) picture than what I have requested
from the Wilmington Police.

Thank you for your prompt attention
to this matter.

Dear Mr. McElroy,

It is disappointing, but not unexpected, that the Wilmington Police Dept
is ignoring the order and, much like Medford did repeatedly, wants a
second and third and fourth bite of the apple during an election cycle,
when this information is essential for Medford voters (the Wilmington
resident allegedly owns the Medford business.)

Your Division can certainly recall when Medford had a Brady-listed
officer (Brady meaning in some way the officer was not trustworthy)
continuously appeal, even citing - in bizarre fashion - the Chuck
Stewart case, which had no relevance, and I finally prevailed.

Which benefited the public as the city councilor who smashed the
bank door had one or more of his children in the car, yet the public
didn't know this BECAUSE THE COURT CASE WAS HIDDEN BEFORE
THE ELECTION TO PROTECT THE COUNCILOR,  EVEN THOUGH I HAD
RECORD REQUESTS IN MOTION.

That councilor is NOT running this year, most likely because of my
investigation, however a mayoral candidate had his fund raiser at the
restaurant in question.  Once again the voters and taxpayers get shut out
because the Wilmington Police Department, like Medford, doesn't want
the people of Massachusetts to make an informed decision.

Ms. O'Neil already put this idea on the table and the Division disagreed
with her.  She's like Donald Trump's attorneys angering the judge yesterday
in court by bringing up matters that the court already made a decision on.

Even this stalling attempt is doing great damage to the public's right to
know, and this is of huge interest to that public.,

Please order Ms. O'Neil to hand the records over immediately.

Thank you

Joe Viglione
