2nd letter to AG's office

 Dear AG's office:

There are three articles on the Medford Patch from MCC board member Arthur Alan Deluca which appear to incriminate Deluca and board member Harvey Alberg.

You can clearly see excuses and their reasons regarding alleged breach of contract.

TV3 had a contract with the city of Medford.  It was violated with impunity.  Deluca uses the Patch to admit his guilt by coming up with lame excuses as to why TV3 failed to facilitate programming to the residents, which was its mandate.

I am sending you the three articles and their "comments" separately, and then a fourth letter with my opinion as a Medford resident who pays Comcast for cable TV service.

It is time to bring Deluca and his accomplices to justice.
