Ex city consigliere Mark E. Rumley was desperate not to let the 64 page report out.

The citizens, businesses, civic groups (taxpayers) of the city paid for it, but selfish Mark Rumley like Robin Hood in reverse didn't *(and still doesn't) think the citizens should have information on the dirty dealings in city government, be it  the Medford Housing Authority or City Hall or the Police Station

Well, Rumley is WRONG as the day I threw him off of a witness stand in Somerville Court for not even being a witness.

"Irrelevant testimony" is what Honorable Lee said in open court.
